What are everyone’s thoughts on this piece? Do you see yourself using him with the point value he’s at (110)? Where do you find him to be the most useful against. Just curious what strategies to use with him.

By himself, not impressive. I immediately hate any figure with 17 defense, because they're going to get hit. Disregarding Perplex, the opponent will only need a 6 or maybe even a 5 from their main attacker, who of course will do penetrating damage. Even with Probability Control, that's a small miracle to prevent. Sure, he's Power Cosmic, but you have to sacrifice that to Perplex up higher defenses, and he'll just end up Outwitted regardless. Lacking any ability to move an attack, this isn't even an offensive piece. At best, with someone who can TK, you can perplex up damage to 5 and probably hit anything with 11 attack and 2 uses of PC. By that point, you're probably using up at least 160 points worth, and I can easily find other uses. I think if anything, he might be used for Uni-Mind, but as I don't have that piece, I'll let others speak to whether he's a good figure for that. By himself, I would never want to use this outside of some weird combo.
