Can he use exploit weakness or quake when using HSS?

we think that answer is no. ew and quake are actions, where hss lets you attack.

yeah I imagine it is like that.. but I'd like to think that HSS's free action could translate into being a cc action of rc action. therefore allowing it to work.. if not oh well I only play with my friends.. It'll become a house rule..

depends if quake and ew are power actions or free, cus you get a FREE action to go with the hss

Quake and EW are Close Combat Actions.

HSS(option 1) only grants a free ranged or close combat attack.

You cannot use Quake or EW with HSS.

If Shazam has JLA TA + HSS like Flash does, maybe. Nothing is free.
