i was just wonderin if a character has more dan 1 lightning and has perplex or outwit, does dat mean dat dey can outwit or perplex more dan 1 person at a time.? ie taskmaster which has two lightnings could perplex two ppl at a time? also ie diablo vet has 3 lightnings, so does dat mean dat he can outwit 3 ppl in 1 turn?

also another question is if i perplex som1s av or damage up and dey move out of range, is dat damage or av still perplexed? ie taskmaster perplexes owaw supes damage up n supes does hss movin out of tm range, does it still perplex da damage up? thanks in advance...

1)The lightning bolts indicate the maximum number of targets for ranged attacks - as perplex and outwit aren't ranged attacks it does not apply to them

2)The powers (and sometimes the FAQs of the powers) state what causes the effect to end (So no, moving out of range after the power has already been used doesn't cancel it's use)
