I would love me some LoSSH. I did a custom mini-set of the Subs. I was surprised at the number of fans they have.

I'd like a sub-theme of 13 different characters
with hyper-efficient dials around the 50 to 100 point mark
like some of the current Avengers or X-Men.

Terra, Aqualad, Speedy, Jericho, Hawk & Dove

But I can get behind some Legion love at any time.

I would definitely give him Energy Explosion since the only reason he was rejected from the Legion was that his powers were too uncontrollable and could be dangerous. So, with Energy Explosion, that could be true as he might hurt his allies. (Pulse Wave could accomplish a similar result, but I don't think he's deserving of Pulse Wave.)

I'd be all for this. Especially if they did Stone Boy like the 3D dumpster.

Generally speaking, they weren't inept, not until Keith Giffen got his hands on them and made them a joke. They had lackluster powers, but they had heart and they made the best use of their powers possible, as shown when the LSH offered to let *one* member of the Subs join the real LSH. They were each given a virtually impossible task that they found a way to accomplish with their limited powers. (Chlorophyll Kid, for example, had to destroy a mountain.) Spoilers: Stone Boy was offered a spot on the real LSH at the end of the story but decided that he would rather stay with the Subs. Awwww!

Rainbow Girl would have a less-powerful Lantern dial, and I have no idea how to clix someone who gives people the flu and sniffles... a supped-up Incap?

I'd imagine something like Poison, possibly at range, since it's not *just* minor illnesses that she can cause.
