Carry is an inherent ability. You can only use abilities of friendly characters. When you move an opposing character, you can't carry because you can't use the carry ability of that character.
---edit---
Others have explained it better. I didn't realize there was confusion over which player was moving the pieces.
Now what bakes my noodle is whether the opposing characters need to break away when I move them with a power like this. If so, do I roll break away for them?

Reason: I didn't understand the question.

Only if the figures being moved are adjacent to opposing figures. If they are only adjacent to friendly figs, no Break Away roll required.
I love carrying Enchantress into range of the opposing figs, then totally fubar-ing their formation. It can make it very easy to pick off or at least damage a key figure.
So does Darwin affect opposing pick a power figures on first turn? He would be an opposing game element so that should prevent him from affecting the pick a Power figure before the unavoidable damage would even come into play right?
Darwin deals unavoidable damage, so it is unaffected by first turn immunity.

Unavoidable Damage: Unavoidable damage is a type of damage dealt that can’t be reduced or prevented from being dealt or taken by any effect.

But is his trait considered to target the opposing characters?
First Turn Immunity: After the Beginning of the Game phase and until each player has finished their first turn, characters can’t be moved, placed, damaged, or targeted by the effects of opposing game elements unless they leave their starting area (or in rare cases, starting square[s]).
According to what I’ve read, Hellion only takes the unavoidable damage on first turn because it’s his own power that makes him take it, not an opposing game effect. Can Darwin’s trait even affect opposing figures (target) on first turn?

Question: Because Unavoidable Damage can't be prevented by any effect, will it get through First Turn Immunity?

Answer: Yes.
"Can't be reduced or prevented from being dealt or taken by any effect" would include First Turn Immunity, which is why the answer on the WIN was yes.

No because the word "target" is not used in the power and the power does not make an attack.

I don't dispute the effect of this ruling, but the ruling does annoy me a little. The rulebook says about Silver Rules (which include first turn immunity):
Quote
The HeroClix Silver Rules are similar to the Golden Rules, except that some special effects are allowed to overrule them. The effects that do so specifically mention the rule they are breaking.
Unavoidable damage just says "any effect" and does not specifically mention first turn immunity, so I don't think the WK ruling follows the plain language of the rules. I'm only a little annoyed, though, because I do think the game will work better this way.
Just want to make sure. The reason why I ask about Darwin was not only because he is an opposing game effect but his trait’s unavoidable damage clearly kicks in after resolutions. The reason why I specifically asked about if his effect is a targeting effect is because the after resolutions part of his trait wouldn’t be triggered if it was a targeting effect.
I’m just trying to clear this up so in the future I can explain to potential opponents if this ever comes up.
