It's too bad Toymaster 036 from World's Finest rotated out, a nice figure for Robot teams (+1 Attack & Defense, and Support to boot)
I'd like to shout out to Iron Man 015 for that +2 Damage.
Otherwise, just tack on 40pts of stuff (ID cards, Objects, Special Terrain, Ape Batman)
Pip is a great taxi, no doubt about it. Kept my Cosmic theme which helped my map roll in every game.
The Good: The offensive threats are there. I used Firefall as one of my tie-up pieces more often than not, dealing Poison more than anything. Javelin also Charged in and often dealt great damage with his Blades. Venom and Starshine were my ranged beasts, Enhanced by Terminator, who also sometimes got off a sweet triple Incap.
The dials are pretty solid too. In every game most of my characters took a hit (I think I was pretty much oh-for-everything with my Shape Change rolls) but even after taking damage none of them are useless.
The Bad: They are all fliers except for Venom. Without the SR Prime Starshine I had to use Pip as my taxi. Thankfully by mid-game I was mixing it up enough so that I could just rely on their move and attack powers and didn't need so much taxiing.
The Ugly: Venom had no TAs to copy. Sad face.
I went 2-1 though, beating a Sinister Syndicate team and an X-force team, losing to min max team of Starfox+Mjolnir, CR Groot, and stuff like that.
My H/W link does not reflect the wants for my collection, it is a list of figures that I already have, but still "want" to play.
Has anyone tried the Spaceknights working with (Golden Age) robots like Ultron Drones? I'm hoping to get around to playing the Spaceknights, but it seems like there is a very specific couple of the AI figures to use, and I'd like to include some filler/fodder with the team.
