Certainly under-powered for the character, but as a game piece he's incredible. At 130 points, he's just at the front end of being able to front a 300 point team. Of course, his effectiveness is only as good as the pieces fielded by your opponent's team and his numbers could stand to be higher on his first 3 clicks, but he's still pretty AMAZING! For extra effectiveness...posses him with Ophidian, and slap the Orange Battery and Orange Decoy on him...

Had him loaded up with Mystics, Probability Control, and Flurry. Just a fun figure all around.

Amazo can copy powers and abilities ***possessed*** by opposing figures. Possession language according to the rules is "has", not "can use". There are still some weird issues with powers like Battle Fury not being optional even if you "can use" them, but the short version is that if a card or official rules document says that a figure "possesses" or "has" an ability, Amzao can copy it...if it says that they "can use" the power or ability, Amazo can't. This is the official way. I've seen some venues house rule it the other way, though.

[edit]WHOOO, nelly, rules changes they are a coming. I'm curious if Amazo will be errated to clarify that the distinction between possession and use is going away, and certainly hope so for clarity's sake. Regardless, his Super Senses and copied powers will no longer be safe from Outwit, which should make dealing with him considerably more manageable. Still, he'll be quite fun even under the new rules![/edit]

Win/Loss: 8-5 Amazo is a figure I really enjoy using. He feels like the character, starting out with average stats but gaining in power as you throw things at him. Stealth is his bane, although used aggressively with the right map he can really be a monster to deal with. I love his flexibility and his ability to be as cheesey or not as determined by what your opponent plays.

Amazo actually doesn't copy anything. He chooses and uses. Therefore he can use any TA or standard ability ....
