From what I can tell the most up to date wording of Precision Strike is "When this character makes an attack, it can’t be evaded, and the damage dealt can’t be reduced below 1 or transferred."

So, it wouldn't apply because the damage isn't the result of an attack.

So this is likely a dumb question but I am new and after several googles I still am not certain... is this fig "modern" or "golden" and how can I tell?

Nguyen/Loss: 3-4 Cheshire is an incredibly mobile piece that can harass the heck out of whole armies. She is also a speedster's nightmare - being able to run down most of them with her full-move charge. High-cost and low life balances her out but she is someone you have to deal with regardless of what you run. Still, with the right rolls she will cost you 105 quickly so be careful how far out you extend her.

Like the Shape Change. Due for a remake. Would love to have one with the same damaging dealing Movement SP, and Shape Change, near the same points, but with 6 clicks of life.
