Captain Marvel has two action tokens, takes 2 damage from a single attack, turns to click 11. Opponent doesn't hit her again on his turn. On my turn I have her use colossal stamina to attack, after resolutions she takes one unavoidable, which would KO her, so she goes back to click 3.

Does she clear action tokens? Colossal stamina says that you don't clear action tokens this turn, but she has lost colossal stamina. So can she now clear action tokens?

I say no. This is an "after resolutions" triggered effect and I guess it is just weird since the second part doesn't actually do anything until the clear phase. In any event, I think she doesn't clear.
