I've read the rules for the Superman Enemy team ability several times, and to my knowledge, its much more powerful than ppl realize. Here's the way i see it:

You've got 4 SEs standing in a square, all of the b2b. So the three figures with the highest point values get Outwit, right? Because the highest gets it from the 2nd-highest, the 2nd-highest gets it from the 3rd, and the 3rd gets it from the 4th. The 4th doesn't get it because he isnt standing next to an SE with a lower point value. I played a game with wildcards and SEs and it seemed really cheap to get that many outwitters, but that isn't breaking the rules, is it?
