Is there any modern clix or item that gives a character incapacitate?

Comes with the rare Spider-Man from Earth X.
I just got a crazy idea with it, too. Pair this with the Skull. 3 bolts, 40 points, 12 attack. That could be a huge lockdown!

It's not in the Units section but this 10 point item gives you plenty more too. Including +1 attack and the chance of a cheeky wee free mind control if you roll high.
