I was scanning over some of the guys stats on the homepage here (Patsy Walker, Dubois, etc.). As you all know, if you hold the cursor over a power/ability, you can read what it does. Look at what it says under B/C/F. That's right, it apparently costs a close combat action! Now look under CCE. It does not say that you have to take an action anymore! What the..." I've read the Universe rules, and these seem to be different. What's going on, are they changing the rules AGAIN!?! Let me know what anyone finds, thanks,

Check the Use XXX Powers and Abilities card combo box. You were probably looking at some old info.

When in doubt, go with the PAC and not some website.
