Hate to say this but I'm kind of disappointed.

When I saw the winged horse I was like yes. Black Knight from the Avengers on his winged horse. Then I saw the name and team ability and went huh?

I remember Mirage/Moonstar I think from New Mutants. But when did she have a winged steed. Even thou I don't follow X-men books I thought I knew a good chunk of their history. I guess I don't. Especially the New Mutant era.

I just hope they get the majority of the Fantastic Forces list out by middle of June. Becasue so far I am still up in the air about the set and have yet to order my case.

So far as I know the set is of remakes. Giant Yellow Jacket(-), Scarlet Witch(?), Ghost Rider(-), Fantastic Four(?) and Dr Doom(?), Juggurnaut(+)
The only new characters I know of are Namor(+), correct Green Goblin(+), Lock Jaw(?), and Mirage/Moonstar(?)

Hopefully I'll have better feeling of the set by end of May or maybe they will sell FF set early at WWE con and will get better feel of the set then.

There's gonna be a new Green Goblin? Where did you see this? I wanna see!

Holy Carp! I forgot about Green Goblin! But I'm more of a Hobgoblin fan (Ned Leeds era, though I know it wasn't him). But nonetheless, it's good to see him made into clix form!

Mirage, great sculpt, nice theme team piece and kinda cool that I actaully remember the comic where she got the horse (15-20 years ago).

Scarlet Witch - No seems to have said it yet, but this is a fantastic piece. I know when I'm facing tournament teams, PC is invaluable. Tack on the fact that she is a stealthed hitter with 10 range and can be a cheap Ultimates for Wildcard, says definetly tournament worthy.

Dont forget boom boom, either she was a new mutant so with mirage that makes four new mutants wolvesbane, magick, boom-boom, and her......sweet!!!

Now put Scorpion in front of Hulk and tell me how much he can stand. Namor is far harder than Scorpion that is correctly done in Toughness. Namor can stand a fight with Hercules or Hulk, taking blows that would knock out the Spiderman's foe. Namor is correctly done with few click of INV and in my oppinion the dials are quite accurate.

Yes... you have reason on this. I'm not even sure why they decided to make Dani a transporter but as a version had a horse, they had to do them all on a horse due the molds thing. Sad but true.

Dani's powers to arise the fears on people would be better represented as Incapacitate i suppose. But she has changed a lot during time... i even remember her with cosmic like powers... so almost anything can work

Well... i'm agree with you in few things but take in consideration that for players like me, a good design is FAR more important than a mini gets good stats or is high in cheese factor. Comic-wise dials are better for me than power play dials.

Well... Namor is not the best leader you can imagine. He is violent, impulsive and hard headed. He rules more by pride and honor that for qualities to do it. I think is okay to don't add him Leadership.
About Mirage... well... i don't compare Minis. What i look for is that Minis are correctly done and sadly, they have not done a good job with Danielle, but is a consequence of the transporter thing.

Scarlet Witch is the ultimate version and so far, stealth and PC works fine for her.

I'm not too thrilled with this Ultimate Scarlet Witch they put out. I was looking for a serious threat. Instead she's a minor upgrade to the Infinity Challenge Scarlet Witch.

I'm very glad I decided to skip on getting a case of this set. I'm not impressed with this set at all, let's see if it ends up selling out as fast as Legacy did, if at all.
