Though it really sounds like a cool mission, I'll spend 0 points. Those points, need them I will.

I'm really buckling down to get this turned into a card game so I can try it with some friends. I expect to be done within a week (it's a really simple game to create other than thinking up a total of 100 different missions.)


If anyone is interested, I'll be happy to email the results to you when I'm finished. The cards will be on a template that allow them to be printed out on business card stock. How to Play instructions will be included. You can PM me an email address if you're interested.


Also, feel free to PM me any mission ideas you might have. I've got about 50 total made up and I can come up with another 50 eventually, but I've no qualms about stealing someone else's idea. (Since I'm not doing this for commercial purposes, I myself will be borrowing mission ideas from various science fiction sources.)

While it would be fun to succeed in the fast talking I'm like Jack - wanting to conserve points so I'll be spending zero.

Darn it, guys. I was going to post results early since you had all posted. I spend 45 minutes writing it up, then when I click Submit, I go to one of those "server too busy" messages. When I can get into the site again, my post is gone.

I should have done what I do with the B-17 game, which is to write it up on a Word document and cut/paste is here. But, sadly, I didn't.


Drat--drat--drat. It's fun to write up the results once, but reconstructing the whole round is no fun at all. I'll figure out what to do tomorrow.

I still haven't gotten around to re-creating the results of the last round. Sorry about the delay--obviously, the server was being controlled by Klingon spies when I tried to post the results yesterday. At this point, I'm afraid I'm not sure when I'll be able to restart the game (since I've got to make up a B-17 mission this week as well. )


If anyone's interested, I do have the complete game formated to print out as a card game on business card stock. I'm still willing to e-mail it to anyone who is interested.

I did play the card game version of this with a friend this weekend. It proved to be a lot of fun.

Maybe at least let us know if we made it through the most recent Mission list?

I just want to know if I live or not. It's a little selfish, I know, but understandable.

Everybody did live. I think two of you failed non-death missions, but everyone who wasn't a Lt. yet did earn a promotion. So you all made Lt. before the stupid server crash (or whatever the heck it was) made me lose the results.
