That suggestion is pretty much the same as another poster telling a Sand voter to just use the Sandman fig so he/she can have his "crappy" Sand.
Well at least crappy blue-dipped Kyle will still be playable, not like the last made Sandman or Big Barda.
Seriously folks, ya'll got a pretty damn good Kyle in DC 75th and another one in a previous set that was pretty damn good. He really doesnt need a remake with an "all-new" shiny new Blue power.

A 59 point piece with prob-control, willpower, JSA, and stealth is unplayable????

Reason: I didn't fully remember his point value

I beg to differ on both counts. The Origin Sandman was a great figure for the points and I don't think either carded version of Kyle was "damn good".
Let people vote how they want and stop trying to sway their decision because you want a certain figure made. Chances are that most of, if not all of the characters on that list will be made.
Can't we stop trying to sway people in different directions, stop putting people down for their decisions, and just let them vote for the character that they want to vote for?
Vote for who you want. Not who other people want. It's your decision.

You are correct, hopelessly optimistic or new to the internet, but correct.

You, sir, are incorrect. While he is good, Origins Sandman is not Sand. They are two completely different characters and don't even have the same power set.

He never said that Origins Sandman was the same character, he only said that the piece was playable. You, sir, are incorrect.

Fine. Then he implied it.
Borachobean stated that there was no playable Sandman or Big Barda.
Azrael0626 stated that he disagreed, and that Origins Sandman was great.
It's true that he's great but he's not the character in question.
Saying Origins Sandman is great is like saying DC75 Green Lantern is great. Sure, they may have the same super name but they aren't the same character. It still stands that Sandman, the character in the poll, does not have a playable heroclix figure or even a heroclix figure at all.

Actually it was response to a series of retorts regarding substituations that started with someone suggesting those voting for Kyle could just go paint a previous Kyle Lantern blue. So I agree with your sentiment here.
But I still took Borachobean's statement that the substituate (the substituate being Golden Age Sandman) is itself unplayable which I, you, and Azrael would disagree with.
