The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout (also called a Tabata sequence) is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. In a group context, you can keep score by counting how many lifts/jumps/whatever you do in each of the 20 second rounds. The round with the smallest number is your score.
I wish, the female I had a crush on for years was in that class.
You Alaskans and your mating habits!

Every time you say that, I imagine you as some sort of alien landed on earth who's trying to blend in but has vast cultural and linguistic differences to overcome.
"This sampling of angiosperm reproductive organs signifies my feelings of affection for you, hoo-man female!"
Admittedly, having played all of 30 minutes of Mass Effect, I can't really comment on the game and ending... however, am I the only who finds it a bit of utter hubris for an audience to demand a new ending from an artist simply 'cause they didn't like it?
Well, it's like this:
You play Super Mario Bros., thwarting Bowser's plans and saving the princess in all three games. But what if at the end of Super Mario Bros. 3 you are given three options, and none of these options fit the way you have been playing Mario so far. One option has Bowser beaten, but the princess commits suicide which brings the kingdom to total chaos. Another option lets you kill Bowser, but instead you are turned into the new Bowser, and the third option lets you wake up, realize that it's all been a dream, and Luigi is asking for help in the bathroom.
Mass Effect 3 is kinda like that. I hope for some additional endings, and an Animal House style "what happened to everyone" before the credits.
