Maybe the Space Phantom is running around? It would make sense. He could take to be spider-man, thor, anybody. It would totally throw us all off.

It's possible he's a Copycat Killer. That would actually make more sense. So he duplicated KrisL so as to sow suspicion (just as in the books).

Spidey is still pushing the timeline but between Space Phantom and Spidey Robot, I can actually picture this as a mod trick to them have a Town Spidey whom people would doubt. It's what I would do as a mod, at least.

story didn't even happen until Hank Pym was in his Goliath ID which is a tad past this point from what I've seen.

Technically, my initial PM was to misdirect IR, then I immediately sent a second PM 60 seconds later, asking to target Quebbster instead. I received no indication that my request to change targets wasn't OK - so unless the mod tells me otherwise, my target was Quebbster.


I agree with you that Spider-Man is a weird fit. It's the same thing I thought when I got my role PM. And when I listed possible Avengers on page 1, I didn't include Spider-Man for that reason. My write-up kind of explains it, but I can't copy/paste the PM.

Night 2 sounds like Thor for sure:

I am curious though, how do you know that I didn't end up targeting Quebbster? I didn't get a fail action. Linkor says that Quebbster targeted him, so I'm guessing he's the tracker.

It could. Space Phantom serves Immortus who is an incarnation of Kang (and as we would later see, there's a whole race of them and Kang has a few in his employ but that was many years of comics down the road).
