Okay, I got the starter, it has the 2014 Rulebook but not the PAC. Even though on the box it says there is a PAC.
The new starter has 2 Ultra Heavy Objects, 2 Ultra Light Objects, 2 standard light objects, and 2 standard heavy objects.
There is 4 Block terrain pieces (for Barrier), 6 Smoke Cloud (for Smoke) that on the flip side can be used Water Terrain marker, and 2 Special Markers.

I also bought 7 single boosters of Captain America, got the chase, Captain America x2, Black Widow x2, and 007 x 2.
The chase has improved movement, it ignores characters, there is a printing error that the whole dial symbol has a mark it should not have.

I have an entire display on the way, so I am not buying hobby singles for this set. But, when they hit Target, I am buying until I get the exclusives and chase.

I assume those are the white-ringed objects

so, how do ultra light objects work?

Charge AND CCE together? What's pretty brutal. Charge for 5 damage or with a 12 attack. Great option when you don't need the EW.
