NOTE to all: The game scenarios have all been pushed back 1 fortnight to allow us all to enjoy the GAME OF THRONES scenario Tuesday 2nd FEB.
Thanks for that. I look forward to doing it.
In other news I've just purchased Marvel Legendary: Villains, which works both as an expansion and a play alone. So in between the scheduled fortnights I'd be keen to give this a crack. I recommend watching some youtube vids first though.

That's a card game right? Not for me thanks mate. I draw the line at dice games with little pieces of plastic moulded into the shape of super heroes.
Tuesday 16th Feb: Bring a knife to a gun fight 300pts. Oreo Age Build Restrictions: You need to build and bring 2 teams. Team 1: ‘Knives’ – All characters must have 0 range and possess at least one click of Combat Reflexes, Close Combat Expert, Super Strength or Blades/Claws/Fangs. Team 2: ‘Guns’ – All characters must have a minimum range of 6 and possess at least one click of Ranged Combat Expert, Psychic Blast or Precision Strike, or have the Sharp Shooter ability. Special Rules: Before the start of the game, each player must roll 2D6. The highest rolling player gets to decide to play either their ‘Guns’ or ‘Knives’ team. The other player must play their opposite team.
Few ideas to balance this out if need be, maybe try a game first: cap range at 6 or roll for range each turn (minimum 2).
And a scenario inspired by the greatest arcade game ever, Gauntlet!
400pt Golden Age, 4 characters, must have the following Keywords and are Traited a relevant power: Warrior (Warrior - Close Combat Expert), Asgardian (Valkyrie - Invulnerability) , Mystical (Wizard - Probability Control) and Monster (Elf - Side Step). Each character can use Leadership as if they had a higher point cost. Map must be indoor.

Hey Dribs - these are some good ideas.
Getting into some team building though - I think the teams that we see won't suffer overly from being limited by range etc.
There are some great options out there...
Also happy to float your 'Gauntlet' scenario with the group to replace an upcoming night (or knight) hahaha

Yo guys! I'm keen to do some post-rotation (everything from now to Flash is fine) competitive 300pt games to try out the Round Table a bit before the Wizkids Opens start. Also up for some 300/400pt games to try some of these new ATAs out.
