In a seedy part of town, a man of questionable sanity was seen looking for company. He approached a gruff individual who initially rebuffed the advances, as it was plain what the former wanted. Undeterred, the somewhat same man continued to ply the gruff man with inquiries and finally, the gruff man consented on condition that he see to his own business first. Excitedly, the first man scribbled down an address on a scrap of paper and pushed it too eagerly into the man’s hand. At that he hastened back into the darkness while the gruff man pondered several things.
The narrative continues in a town in America, though a different town to be sure. The man would gain fame and notoriety though not necessarily of his own choosing. Indeed, he struggled between two worlds throughout his life, the public and private. It is when the two collided that many casual observers could take issue with. A man’s predilections and habits are by nature his own and thus should not be subjected to public scrutiny no matter how odd or peculiar. However, when the private actions and thoughts intervened with the public day-to-day, consequences were sure and did occur. Even though the consequences affected no individuals of particular note, those consequences still affected them and changed those people through no voluntary consent of their own, at least not in the way they wanted. Thus corrective action was taken.
The coach was in his office, looking over notes and enjoying his accomplishments. He didn’t know it, but the game he’d just won would grow to be more of a spectacle every year, long after he was gone. A polite knock at the door gave way to an exceptionally lanky figure.
“I must commend you good sir,” the entrant said cordially.
“My thanks, but it was the players who did all the work. I was glad to just be there.”
“Oh, I was not speaking of that, but rather your progressive attitude toward equality. Such a thing is still far too rare.”
“I understand. I suppose you would know that better than most. I only try to be a good person to everyone I meet, “ the coach pontificated. “Speaking of which, how can I help you. I thank you for the commendation, but one such as yourself wouldn’t visit simply for that reason alone.”
“Wouldn’t I?” the man said, rising from the chair. “Alas, you’ve seen through my ruse.” At that, the man drew two pistols and shot the coach. As the coach lay there dying, he could hear the other fellow remark as he left, “Pity that one had to die. I rather think we had a lot in common.” Then the coach died, confused.
While the unstable man waited at his apartment, a regal figure showed up. Upon answering the door, the questionably sane man was distraught to see an unwelcome and uninvited visitor, but only for a moment. After all, he was not very picky. He cordially invited the man in and offered him a drink as polite social custom dictated. The regal, older gentleman inclined his head in assent and sort of dropped onto a coach. He was very tired from the evening. While he sat there relaxing, his host bludgeoned him repeatedly until the breath had left his body. After the deed was done, the increasingly unstable and relaxed man proceeded as planned. He had much work to do.
Upon examination of the law, two things are striking. First, the law of the land should be above reproach regardless of certain factors that can be traced to an individual. Second, and more importantly, the law must always be open to evolution and change with the times. That is evidenced by the Amendments to our Constitution. In particular, one such individual’s entire paradigm of life shifted at least in America with a single Amendment. Though other Amendments would change things further, the first Amendment in question is indeed the greatest in terms of magnitude and scale. That assuming the individual in question would choose to live in America as opposed to his current location. There is admittedly a trade-off. Power versus security, luxury versus skill and necessity, respect versus anonymity, and many others. I submit to you brothers and sisters. Has the law done enough to ensure that all individuals are treated fairly under it? Moreso, is it even possible in light of all the prejudice in the world that is mistakenly accepted as a common knowledge base?
An honorable figure strode confidently through the night. Though highly respected, he knew the source of his respect came from modesty and intense calculation along with immense skill. As he approached one he deemed unworthy, he reminded himself that no opponent should be underestimated and that all opponents should be given a chance to defend themselves. With those thoughts in mind, he strode up to the man.
“Choose weapon,” he demanded.
“Heavens I don’t really fight, especially not one if your caliber,” the other replied, flattery evident in his voice. “Perhaps we can discuss your grievance with me.”
“The time for discussion is past. Choose weapon.”
“I tell you again, I do not fight. I will not fight you. Surely you would not strike down an unarmed man. Such a thing is not honorable.”
The honorable figure considered for the briefest of moments. Though the other’s argument had merit, he had been given ample time to defend himself and had blatantly refused. Then tried to skirt the issue entirely. Such a thing was a great detriment to honor. Once these thoughts were properly calibrates, several swift strokes ended the other man.
Again, just before sunrise, a man was just sitting down to breakfast. This morning’s menu featured tongue among other things. Another dish that most other people did not enjoy, let alone for breakfast. Sadly, they did not know what they were missing. They were pedestrians with ordinary tastes and he did not consider himself ordinary. Therefore, why should his diet be so?
Night 2 is over.

killingjoke101 is dead. He was Benjamin Franklin, elder statesman and influential man from the American Revolution. He was mafia
Rokk_Krinn is dead. He was Vince Lombardi, renowned humanitarian best known for winning the first two Super Bowls. He was town.
Day 3 starts now. You have 24 hours. With 19 players, 10 is majority.
Do we think George was mafia with an extra life? If so, American Revolution seems the obvious theme, but we don't have enough to know for sure yet.

Possibly: three deaths usually means the vig, the mafia, and the serial killer. If the vig hit the extra life, I fully assume that tonight he will go after the same person. I'm not sure what the serial killer would do with that information.
