Wow I missed a bit of discussion here.
Pryde, EC does not simply cancel streaks. EC states that the unit with EC cannot be the target of a indirect ranged combat attack. As I stated earlier the key part of that is indirect. EC does not make the piece immune to ranged combat attacks. Therefor streaks can still be used vs Decoy per a ranged combat attack.

I really dont know what to say at this point since I agree with alot of whats just been said. We certainly arent any governing body of WK. Our opinions are soley that, just our opinions. At the risk of repeating what was already said, all we can do is hope someone in a position to do anything with this gives it a read and at least sees something worth considering, one way or the other.
