Well I'm going to Neutral Ground tomorrow and hope that someone there has a couple of copies of Force Field Projection to trade me. If not I'm sayin screw it and running War Paint.
I'm actually driving further to pick up a copy of FFP than I have to drive to get into NYC.
If anyone from Neutral is reading this and you have a Force Field Projection...hook me up and I'll hook you up.
funny thing, me and a bunch of players from Rhode Island are coming down to the neutral ground elite series. I think we might be able to help you out. Thats if everyone remembers to bring their stuff.
im going to damn madison wisconsin to play cards. its a nearly 6 hour drive away from where i live. why am i doing it? because i love VS and want to play in a god damned tournament.
UDE has thrown that stuff in? Do you know if other places have gotten the same thing?
Based on Epoch's post... I would assume they did.
UDE hates me so they wouldn't give me any favorable treatment.
Just as an aside... a player who just recently started playing near the end of the last PCQ season has zero players in his area. The closest places for him to play are over an hour drive. He usually works on Saturdays but for today's Elite Series he's not working and it's going to cost him quite a bit of money in lost wages just to play today. I told him to just go to work but that's how much he likes the game.

Must be nice erick our elite series kit didnt come with anything extra in it, heck the kit was almost didnt make it. It was only because the store owner/TO called and told UDE to send one overnight so that we would have a kit in time for this weekend. UDE needs to fix the distribution system right now

We pretty much got the same thing ya'll did (with the onslaught mats and deck boxes). We had 17 people show up and I think only like 3-4 people left with out at least a deck box. We also threw in some extra hobby league stuff.
All in all it was a great day and everyone who came had a great time, ecspecially watching quicksilver go 3-3 and getting stopped be ice man!!!

Clealry I'm going to have to get myself a nametag of sorts. Maybe I'll where a Bizarro #1 style medallion when I head into NYC for VS events in the future.
For those of you who recieved extra prizes in your kits, I envy you. Here in Toronto, on the other hand, did not receive these additional prizes and moreover, our kit came with only 5 copies of Marvel Zombies (as opposed to the 30 copies as previously stated). Needless to say we are very pissed off (or at least I am).

Something must have happened to your kit. They gave a pack of 25 and a 5 more loose ones to make 30 total.
