I found a loophole today.
You can now work things in order to get TUs for guys on your active team.
At the character selection screen, if I have Professor X on my team, then I cannot choose his TU in the TU selection screen.
But if I do not have him selected, then I can go pick the Professor X TU and then go put him on my squad and keep the TU.
I will have to think if there are any evil combos one could pull off with this exploit.
Top of my head, I would say that something where you could set up a one-two punch could be good.
Like, it takes 14 AP to trigger MeHulk’s purple power. Pulling that off back to back would usually mean building up 28 purple. That might be difficult, but 14 purple and 14 White seems more doable.
On top of that, if there was a power needing 16+ AP then it is impossible to save the 32+ it would take to fire it off twice, but this could let that happen.
Another situation would be like with the new BRB/Marvel/Polaris combo. Maybe I just cannot get enough green AP to fire the first shot to get things rolling. It might be nice if there was a secondary option to start that chain.

Pink from 3* Black Widow or to a lesser extent Kamala Khan. Someone could send a team up providing BRB's blue or Apocalypse's Yellow to create more shields, that would help produce more green but a bit more time consuming.
Any one else enjoying Elsa Bloodstone? She has awesome versatility and fun combos. Is she meta? nope but she is fun and puzzley and that's what I like.

Captain American Falcon....think I got it from the MPQ Reddit
Speaking of which there is a piece of advice I got long ago I wanted ask...At the time I didnt question because it wasnt relevant but now it is
I was told you should not start champing any 4 stars until you have all the 4s and are well into 5 star as it will kill you at PVP
Is that really true as I know have quite a few I could champ
Devil Dinosaur was my first but I have since have Vulture, 2099, Captain Marvel and Elektra ready...and a few more at 12 covers
Is that a common rule of thumb?

My understanding is that your PVP opponents are based on the three highest level Characters that you have available for an event.
Say that your three highest guys are level 190, 200, and 210. Your average there is 200. You will find opponents who are also in a range around there. Say that you suddenly champ that 210 guy. He is now 270. That bumps your average up to 220, and that might put you up into the next group of people, and they may have overall stronger rosters.
I know that when I champed my first 4*s I had saved up enough ISO to do maybe a dozen at once in order to make sure that I had a wide range of qualified characters. I have not seen your roster, so it is a little hard to give you specific advice.
In any case, I more often see the advice given that one should hang onto CP and LL tokens for a good while before buying any legendary tokens. Same reason, the high base level of the 5*s you potentially pull can give your roster an appearance of being stronger than it is. Going above, imagine if you had three single cover 5*s. They are generally not potent with just one color, but you look like someone with a level 255 roster.

Do your best to earn shards and make the best choices possible on what 4* you want to favorite. So far the best 4*s to have to champ are; Karnak, Grocket, America Chavez, Polaris, Medusa, Captain Marvel, Vulture. To an extent these just have great synergy with 3*s other 4*s or 5*s; Professor X, Carnage, Sabretooth.
You have 5* Captain MArvel at 285. There is no need to increase the level of any 5*. I have about ten 4*s I leveled up to 270 as they have 13 covers, multiple saved covers/400+ shards, and are all meta. I do not plan to champ them anytime soon because any cover goes to increasing levels which would change PVP matchups.
Beyond my ten 270's I have probably another 10-20 4*s that are at 13 covers but not meta. Additionally, I have a number of 3*s that are almost max champed.
I would say that you are not ready to champ any 4's yet.
How long have you been playing?

So in other words that other advice was screwed as I have those stupid 5 stars that are dragging my average WAY Up in PVP lol
See I wish my old team had actually explained this to me lol

I am at day 956
Yeah the Captain Marvel was probably a dumb move I was desperatley trying to beat the last Shield training event and was getting creamed so I leveled her to max ...and still lost
I wonder do you think It would just be smart to sell her off then as she is killing my average?

I don't think selling 5*s is a good idea because they are not easy to get. I imagine your average is around 270 with Captain Marvel but probably closer the low 260's if it was deleted. Not worth it mathematically but some of the other guys here may say something different. Soon enough it will even out

There is nothing wrong with having 5 stars you are going to need them. In fact is is beneficial to get as many covers of a few characters to allow you to make PVE easier or to help you in PVP. I chose Kitty because she works really well with Grocket and now Polaris. I am working on shards for my 10th Kitty cover but she is staying safely at level 255. After my 10th Kitty cover I may change over to Okoye because she helps all of those who has a passive power that causes damage like Polaris, IHulk, or even 3* Strange and she can heal people.
Just keep the focus on saving ISO for when you are ready to level up your 4*s.
Also, I notice that you have only a few 2*s. Have you heard about farming?

Not sure what you mean by only a few 2s? I have all of them except Bagman (so yes I do know about farming and do it regularly. Just recycled my Ares and Wolverine)
Yeah just did the match my current average is 275....without her it only drops to 268.88888888
With 5 stars sadly I tend to always get a NEW one and not extra covers...Only Apoc and Marvel have got me a second cover so far

Keep in mind that it is based on the event, so powered up toonsfactor into it powered up.

Ha ha ha they were the 2 that I saw. I guess I just glanced at the other too quickly. My mistake.
Have you read on here my idea of 3* "farming"?
Spoiler (Click in box to read)
In short. Don't spend any shards on 3*s only use covers to level them up. YOur goal is to get 3,900 shards = 13 covers. Once your 3* is max champed you will have your next version already champed. Allowing you to be a bit more flexible when you decide to sell the max champ.
