Taking that as a clue, Crystal rushes into combat too, seeing her boy friend (Tourch) go down. She decides to cool the thing down. She creates a giant blizzards that affects both foes and friends alike.

2) Super Skrull attacks She-Hulk. DEF: 15 – ATT: 10 = need a 5 or better. I rolled a 5+3 = 8. She-Hulk takes 2 more clicks (3 – 1 TOUGH).

3) Pyro pushes and attacks She-Hulk. DEF: 14 – ATT: 9 = need a 5 or better. I rolled a 5+2 = 7. She-Hulk takes 2 more clicks (1 + 2 RCE – 1 TOUGH).

The Story

The Thing went crazy the same time the snowstorm hit; the snowstorm that hit 35th floor of the Baxter Building that is. The time to make deals with the skrulls were over and She-Hulk was the new target.

First Logan went crazy on her with his claws. The long blades scratched her skin in various places all over her body. Then the Super Skrull Connected with a stretched out rocky fist to her mid section that staggered her even more. Then to counter the cold of the snowstorm, Pyro heated Jennifer up. She staggered but barely held on to the sky cycle. She was in trouble and she knew it. Would she be able to make her stand and guard Ben’s back or would she join both Reed and Johnny? Her fate, unfortunately, seemed certain.


REMINDER

I am not going to be able to post for 2 weeks so I should just as well hand over the Doom move to Richard. If the game is still going after that time then I would be happy to take over again, unless Richard gets my guys killed.

The Story

Doom noted the effort that it took Taskmaster to take out the Human Torch. He knew, for a moment anyway, he would be fighting the Thing on his own. He signaled to the Scientist Supreme, still stationed on the roof, the commands that would bring her down the large freight elevator by his allies. He knew after the battle he would need her services.

But Doom did not fear. The knowledge that he would need medical assistance was merely a fact. He would not allow this to influence his hand. It would only serve to steady his resolve. He calculated his possibilities and although it would make him feel a sense of power to physically strike this rocky monster, he knew it would be more effective to blast him with his gauntlets. So, he did.

The Story

Doom could not break away from the rocky brute. He was upset that his team was falling so easily under Doom’s plan and obviously Benjamin Grim was unhappy. He shook his head to clear the cobwebs and Doom blasted again. It appeared to have no effect.

“Taskmaster, get over here and cut up this rocky monster for me.”

Taskmaster jumped to Doom’s command. He leaped to his master’s side and drew his blade. The Thing did not look impressed. “Why don’t you just get back in that elevator and go out the way you came. You are about to be embarrassed.”

The Story

She-Hulk was obviously on her last legs. She was calling the Skrulls crazy names and unsteadily wielding the sky cycle.

“BAH! She is not worthy of her green skin. Nightcrawler, dispatch her while I turn off the snow storm.” With that a burst of plame erupted from the Super Skrull’s massive hand and Crystal was a flame rolling on the ground. She wouldn’t be making it snow again before a trip to the infirmary.

BAMF!

The signature sound was the hardest thing for Nightcrawler Skrull to mimic. But the reaction to the signature sound was worth the effort when it was recognized. She-Hulk turned wearily to look behind her.

BAMF! BAMF! BAMF!

The fuzzy skrull rained down blows upon the She-Hulk who collapsed under the attack and under the Sky Cycle she was carrying. She was down for the count.

“JENNIFER!” Ben screamed as he saw her collapse. His eyes and temper flared as he turned to Doom. “Reed. Johnny. Now Jennifer. You are going to pay for this Tin Man. I am going to hit you so hard you will need to ask the Wizard for your brains, heart, and courage again.” Ben wound up.

“Oh, how colloquial. I must remember it when I write my memoirs and make them required reading for the entire planet as I bend it to my will! You have one chance to save yourself Benjamin, kneel and surrender to me now! Then Doom will allow you to live.”
