Jesus Christ, I sure hope I pull one because there's no way I'm paying whatever bullcrap secondary market price this thing is goin to get. As a collector stuff like this is really chasing me away from the game
Nope, having averageish attack and 3 damage means the two boosts you will get out of Ion will be from Range, Movement and Defense. He has a nice selection of powers but it will usually be his defensive Power plus either Outwit or Force of Will, with the prevalence of Invincible and Green batteries flying everywhere Incap seems kinda weak. Force of Will is excellent and will make Green Battery teams really hard to beat through defensively. For offense oriented competitive teams Ion probably wont show up over Parallax or Ophidian simply due to access to Hypersonic, PenBlast and Pulse wave they provide along with strong attack and damage values for boosting.

Best if played on a lower point fig to turn them into a monster. Has huge potential and, to me personally, this just screams put me on a lower point/ support piece. Still...2 powers and 2 stats...pretty darn crazy.
I think its nice to see that Ion would benefit a lower point character that could use a little help with speed/defense/range. The powers are not OP but you can take two of them. I think meant more for a swarm type build or lower point characters that can use a little extra to make them great.

25 points to give any character starting TK and Outwit.
And then just a push away from full-team Willpower or crazy easy defense boost.
How is that anything less than game changing?

I don't know Morro's range and targets.
Also, I couldn't tell if his defense on his last click was 16 or 15.
