When our story opens, the Question is investigating an impossible locked-room murder mystery involving a midget and a 6'6"-tall call girl into heavy bondage. Don't worry, I'll explain later. It's all vitally relevant.

Wyld nailed it. Flash recounts that he got a ring from a dying New God named Fastbak, and it granted him a special metal suit and access to the Speed Force.
Your turn, wyld.
HeroClix needs more Goblin.
Acceptable in such forms as Green, Grey, Demo, Hob, Ultimate, and "Menace."
What neighborhood does Tommy Monaghan (a.k.a. Hitman) hail from in Gotham City?

I have to say, it's not to see someone with so many posts. You've nice been here as long as I have and yet you're near to my amount of posts. Finally, someone else around to take the heat for posting so much.

Well, he's Irish and if it's like the neighborhoods in any of the cities I know of, it's probably something like the Irish district or Irish Town or what have you. Kinda like "little Italy" or "Chinatown".
Tommy's neighborhood isn't necessarily the Irish part of Gotham. I think of it as a slum, more or less, with a melting pot of different ethnicities.

You must never of lived in a city. Everything seems sectioned off. Even the gangs.
Keep assuming things about others, particularly on the internet, and see where it gets you.
No guesses? I actually thought this was too easy / had been asked before.

The city I grew up in and the city I now live in, and some of the cities I've visited in my time, have had distinct sections consisting of various nationalities. The only time there seemed to be a "melting pot" was on the borders of these sections. Even then, it wasn't always pleasant, as street gangs from one section would often battle it out with gangs from another.
