Okay, I'll jump in.

This DC Comics title was published for ten years. Most of that time it featured primarily super-hero content; but for its final three issues changed to a mystery-horror format. Name it.

Ahhh, no. As I said in my question, the title I'm looking for was published for ten years. Adventure Comics was published, in one form or another, for 48 years, 1935-83.

The one I'm thinking of was primarily super-hero for almost its entire run, but made a distinct shift to mystery/horror for its final three issues.

I have no idea. I want to guess 1990s Vertigo titles, but they're mostly horror to start with. Not a lot of books leap to mind as being superhero-then-horror, either...
