I'm judging at Entertaining Events in Marietta now. We have two
venue-supported tournaments in February I'd like to invite you to

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 2 @ 6 pm:
MARVEL HEROCLIX SEALED TOURNAMENT
Buy three boosters of either Marvel Ultimates or Marvel Mutant Mayhem
and construct the best team. Three rounds, three actions per turn.

Prizes include:
Magog
Bishop of XSE
and more to be announced


WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16 @ 6 pm:
OPEN HEROCLIX UNRESTRICTED TOURNAMENT:
"The Purple Power People"
Construct a 500-point team. All pieces must have either Force Blast,
Smoke Cloud, Willpower or Close Combat Expert on their first click.
In other words, a Purple Power must be showing on the first click of
each piece's dial. Three rounds, five actions per turn.

Prizes include:
Kilowog
Sentinel Captain
and more to be announced

Entry fee for the Feb. 16 tournament is $2 or one booster.


We also hope to have WizKids-supported events starting in March, with a DC Heroclix sealed event on March 2 - the day of release - a constructed event on March 16 and a Marquee on Sunday, March 27.

Sure - I watched it the first week and it was in my car forever; just had not seen you to give it back. I'll (hopefully) be there this Friday, if not I'll find a way to get it to you over the weekend. Since it is late I'll pay the restocking fee.

Grant - Congrats. Wednesday's are bad until summer, but please keep posting incase things go well for me.

Don- What's the official set-up for Friday? I heard slugfest w/ 800 points, no one under 60; any thing else? I missed last week due to illness. I even had a "batchelor weekend" with wife and child in Texas, and ended up with the crud. It sucked.

The scenario for next fri. is 800 pts, 60pts and above. Also, there is no prize support for the tournament this fri. unless dylan brings something. There is, however, prize support for all three tournaments in feb.

Ditto to that. I almost **** in my hand and threw it at the computer.

I think my scenario for Saturday will be some sort of king of the hill scenario. I think 300 points will suffice. It will be a battle royale.

The venue still is not WK-approved for March (...!) but I'll have at least two LEs for prizes then.

I wanted to be a bartender but will have to settle on serving. There are some totally hot women that work there! The money isn't bad either.

Hot women and money...can't beat it.
