Well the ones from GF9 say Heroclix and Wizkids on them, were officially liscenced by GF9 from WizKids, and I see as Official HeroClix maps for that reason (and are mostly just direct copies of maps released by WizKids on the regular map paper). Only the GF9 ones are on vinyl. And the Dawn of Man one, at least, is slightly different.
But all that said, I guess technically another company physically made them.
so i guess you wouldn't include Grid Reality maps or Mighty Maps to the map list since they are not made by WK?

Wizkids retired all the maps without lines around the terrain and stated they would not retire any other maps.
"Maps: Maps without the modern color designations are retired. We have been concerned about the ability of newer players to play on older maps on which the different terrain types are not clearly marked. There is special knowledge required for some of these maps that can give an unfair advantage to more experienced players in tournaments and add to the complexity for new players. Retired maps are still legal in all events using the Unrestricted format. We do not anticipate needing to retire any other maps in the future."
