Each is more expensive than the previous version of the figure at an identical experience level? That is, this E Domino is more expensive than the previous E Domino, but this Vet Storm is cheaper than the previous Exp Storm (from MM), but more expensive than the previous Vet (from Danger Room).

Or each one is sporting the color of its rarity somewhere on the dial (can't find it on Storm's but one could argue that the SP is a version of Perplex).
