Regarding the objects, I was expecting a colored ring with an indentation for a cardboard object to sit in / glue in. That way they just show up better on the map and are less likely to be blown or knocked about.

I as well. However, I like the way that he's doing the objects. It makes them feel a little more real.

Is there a chance for dual purpose, Hair?

Sorry, but you can't get the object tokens by themselves right now.

The "fix" for the objects was simply to produce them in 2 pieces and assemble them. I was going to glue the test object (in the picture) but it fit so snuggly that I didn't need to. I'm not sure if an object token woud fit into the ring base or not. It might need to be trimmed down a little.

Okay, then; how do I get both?

Is there any way we can put in money for some rings after time expires? I would really love to get some but money has been an issue for me...

Just click on 'manage my donations', type in the new amount, and select the corresponding reward.

And correct me if I am wrong, hair10, but if you just add more to the money level you can get 2 rewards. What I mean is, if you are at $25, you can make it $35 and get the 25 and the 10 reward. Might be more affordable than a full $25 dollar jump (or $100 in the case of the $50) to show support.
