Isn't It Obvious? I'm Here to Kill You :
Team X : Maverick can use Stealth. When he is part of a themed team, he is a wild card.
Well, You'll Have to Excuse Me if I Don't Accommodate You : When an opposing character within range and line of fire makes an attack against Maverick, he can use Probability Control. When he does, the dice are rerolled twice, and then you choose the result from among the two rolls.
EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I SHOULDN'T KILL YOU RIGHT NOW (Running Shot) TOLD YOU NOT TO BOTHER ME IN THE FIELD. WHAT DO YOU WANT? (Sidestep) ANTI-METAL AMMUNITION (Penetrating/Psychic Blast) WRIST MOUNTED NAIL SHOOTERS (Precision Strike) CROWD CONTROL, ANYONE? (Energy Explosion) VIBRANIUM-WEAVE BODY ARMOR (Toughness) I'VE BEEN DEAD BEFORE. IT DOESN'T SUIT ME (Willpower)
Sorry, Pal ... But Invitation Declined : Maverick can use Ranged Combat Expert as a ranged combat action. When he has no action tokens and uses Ranged Combat Expert, he may choose his range value as one of the combat values to modify.

Is Lip Massage an Important Ceremony in This World? : When Cerise is adjacent to a friendly character named Nightcrawler, she can use the X-Men team ability.
Red Malleable Energy : At the beginning of your turn, give Cerise a free action and choose: Blades/Claws/Fangs, Combat Reflexes, Energy Shield/Deflection or Penetrating/Psychic Blast. Cerise can use the chosen power until you choose again. If Cerise is part of an Excalibur or Shi'ar themed team, she may choose 2 powers instead.
I Am Cerise. Warrior of the Ghrand Jhar. Genestock of Subruki, Zarstok and Kuli Ka! : Cerise can use Charge and Running Shot. When she has no action tokens, she can use Super Strength.
A SHI'AR WARRIOR STAYS TRUE TO THE BATTLE. THE REST CAN BE SET ASIDE (Sidestep) ENERGY FIELDS OF COHERENT LIGHT FORCE THAT OBEY MY WILL (Barrier) I EMERGED FROM THE SOURCE AS A I AM (Willpower) WE SHOULD ALL LIVE FOR THE MOMENT. IT COULD BE OUR LAST (Super Senses) IF WE DIE, WE DIE TOGETHER (Empower)

Bishop is a nice brickhouse with the best representation of his power yet. Maverick's is downright mean and there's some good balance to cerise. She manages to capture the versatility of the prime while being a very different piece. I like the conditional strength

I'm quite enjoying these dials. Cable is my favourite so far. It's nice to see an effective budget one. (Although I like the AVX one, he does have some faults)
Boom Boom's attack power is way too strong for a ranged combat action. I would make it EE and/or you can take a DPA to place the marker, and it detonates at the beginning of your next turn when you remove it. To help you pull it off, you could switch Running Shot for Sidestep. Even then, that effect is incredibly powerful and should warrant an increase in points.
Colossus should be able to ignore Hindering for movement. If he can run through a brick wall, some shrubs shouldn't be able to stop him.

I think Widget could stand to be 5 points less.

Thank you, everyone for your support, I know I say it all the time but it makes putting the time in for these projects all the worth while if others enjoy the work. I hope to continue the Set at a steady pace, I know my work is like Dale Keown's The Pitt, I put out an "issue" like once a month I promise to pick up the pace when I can but I'm also making sure each design is carefully vetted before posting and waiting until they're just right
DIAL UPDATES:
Based on Feedback posted above, I've gone back and reworked some Dials including Boom Boom, Widget and Colossus. Not major changes, just some minor tweaks or movement of Combat Values.
I've been toying around with adding Split Dials to some of the Blue Strike Force and Gold Strike Force characters in order to ensure you have plenty of options when building Themed Teams. Because of this some characters have been slightly tweaked (Storm) while others have been almost completely reworked (Cyclops) in case I plan on adding said Split Dials
Next up are the Super-Villains. These next 3 have taken me almost 2 weeks to complete and have gone through multiple revisions, but I hope y'all approve because there some of my favorite 90s characters. As was done with Rogue, one of them is a Special Guest Pin Up Design, this time by @Deathstroked. I hope everyone enjoys and as always, thank you for viewing ...

Did You Truly Think You Could Enter My Country Without My Knowledge? :
Dont Be Foolish, Child. You Try My Patience : Magneto cannot be targeted with Mind Control and when he has less than 2 action tokens, he can use Energy Shield/Deflection.
YOU ARE GOING TO DIE HERE, MUTANTS ... (Running Shot) AND NEITHER YOUR POWERS NOR ALL YOUR SKILLS CAN SAVE YOU FROM MY WRATH! (Sidestep)
Look on Me, X-Men for I Am Your Oldest, Deadliest Foe : Magneto can use Penetrating/Psychic Blast and Telekinesis. When he uses Telekinesis and targets a character with the Armor or Robot keyword, lines of fire between Magneto, A, and B are only blocked by walls and indoor blocking terrain.
WHATEVER COMES, I AND MINE WILL NOT GO LIKE LAMBS TO THE SLAUGHTER (Pulse Wave) THERE'S A REASON WE CALL OURSELVES HOMO-SUPERIOR! (Impervious) I DEFY YOU TO DO YOUR WORST (Invulnerability) SCARS ARE FAR MORE VIVID REMINDERS THAN MEMORIES (Toughness) OBVIOUSLY CHARLES HASN'T TOLD YOU EVERYTHING (Super Senses)
There Are No Heroes or Villians. There's Just What I Want and How I'll Get It : Magneto can use Outwit and Perplex. When he does, if he targets a character with the X-Men keyword, he can use that power a second time this turn.
Brotherhood of Evil Mutants : Characters using this team ability within 4 squares of another friendly character named Magneto can use Willpower. Characters using this team ability named Magneto can use Leadership, but when they do, they may only remove action tokens from other friendly characters using this team ability. (4 Points)

Your Fate Is Inevitable :
What a Sinister Turn of Events This Is : Mr. Sinister can use Shape Change. When an opposing character targets Mr. Sinister and he successfully rolls Shape Change, place a Stolen Genome token on that character's card.
Now My Part in This Mad Game Concludes! : The first time each game that Mr. Sinister would be KO'd, instead turn him to click #6, then for the rest of the game whenever he successfully rolls Shape Change, heal Mr. Sinister one click. This power cannot be countered or ignored.
WHY DO I TAKE THE TROUBLE TO DELEGATE ... (Stealth) IF I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING MYSELF? (Running Shot) WE PROCEED, AS EVER, ONWARDS, TOWARDS TOMORROW (Sidestep)
Do Not Be Overly Upset by My Machinations : Mr. Sinister can use Mind Control and Penetrating/Psychic Blast. When he uses Mind Control and targets an opposing character with a Stolen Genome token on their character card, Mr. Sinister isn't dealt unavoidable damage from it, and does not require line of fire. Once actions resolve, remove the Stolen Genome token from that character's card.
IT TAKES MORE THAN BULLETS ... (Invincible) OR A HARLOT'S KISS ... (Energy Shield/Deflection) TO KILL MR. SINISTER! (Invulnerability)
If That Is What Is Required for Science to Progress ... : Mr. Sinister can use Outwit. When he uses Outwit and targets a character with a Stolen Genome token on their character card, he does not require line of fire and can use the countered power until your next turn.
THEN LET ME BE THE MONSTER (Perplex)

Shot Through the Heart and You're to Blame! You Give Stealth a Bad Name :
I'll Have What She's Having : When Deadpool is part of an Assassin themed team, he can use Stealth, If he is part of a Weapon X themed team, he is a wild card, but can only copy opposing team abilities as if they were friendly.
2 Legit 2 Quit : At the beginning of your turn, as a free action you may heal Deadpool of 1 damage. If Deadpool has been dealt damage since your last turn, you may remove an action token from him.
JIM LEE DREW ME THIS TIME, NOT ROB LIEFELD ... AND STILL NO FEET!? (Sidestep) STOP! OR MY MOM WILL SHOOT (Running Shot) FOR CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE NERD KIND (Charge)
Check the Character Card Yourself, It Says "7" for Fighting Ability : Deadpool can use Precision Strike. When he has no action tokens, he can use the Duo Attack ability.
I CAME TO GET DOWN, SO GET OUT YOUR SEAT AND JUMP AROUND! (Energy Explosion) THAT'S NOT A KNIFE ... THAT'S A KNIFE (Blades/Claws/Fangs) OH, OH, OH, OH, OH! HANGIN' TOUGH! (Toughness) SWEEP THE LEG, JOHNNY ... DO IT! (Combat Reflexes) CHA-CHING! (Super Senses) IT RUBS THE LOTION ON ITS SKIN AND PUTS IT IN THE BASKET (Perplex)
Throw a Grenade : Give the character a power action, decrease the number of grenades in your grenade pool by 1 (if greater than 0), and choose a type of grenade listed on this card. Choose a target square within 5 squares and line of fire (ignoring characters for line of fire purposes). Make a ranged combat attack targeting all characters occupying or adjacent to the target square. Deal damage to each character hit based only on the type of grenade chosen.
Flashbang (no damage): The target square for this grenade can be within 8 squares. Place an action token on all hit characters that have zero action tokens.
Frag (2 damage): A hit character in the target square is dealt 1 additional damage. Each other hit character is knocked back from the target square.

Love this round of villains. You did a great job on Magneto. Nailed him. I also really like the Deadpool. I would play this guy over any of the WK ones.
Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see the next batch.
Deadpool is an awesome dial that fills that absent 125pt niche needed for the deadpool corps and that flavor text never stops being fantastic. You really worked hard on that one and it shows

I saw his improved targeting and immediately started singing to myself.
hey there I know its been a while since I checked in so I've got some catching up to do.
First of I LOVE your jubilee. The 90's x-men cartoon was my intro to x-men so she will always have a special place in my heart. that being said the clix have always been just OK at best for her. This makes her feel like she's worth every one of those 57 points. especially that top dial perplex. and while I might question running shot after all there are plenty of higher point characters who can't get it on their dial. it really makes her feel usable all game long. I also like your ATK special.
Gonna be honest I only know the x-factor shatterstar and I really didn't like him. so I have no idea about a lot of his powers pre x-factor. the one thing I would say is this. that's a LOT of firepower for 72 points. I always use WATX longshot at 75 points as a good indicator on how good a character at this point cost is and he's at that level at least. He packs a huge punch especially with that traited reduces penetrating damage in addition to other modifiers. Wouldn't bring him up too much if any in points but @ 72 points he's definitely a steal.
Always had a soft spot for Guido and honestly you nailed him pretty well. The one thing i'd do differently is change his trait to have a period in the middle instead of a comma "...he can use Defend. Modify the defense values..." Doesn't really change anything other than separating the 2 abilities into clearly defined sections.
Captain Britain once again I don't know much about him, but I've been looking for a good one to play on an Excalibur theme team with psylocke and nightcrawler this one might be it.
Love Forge. While not the neutralizer the WATX version is, this seems more in line with his character. After all he can build anything you want right well done definitely worth the 100 point for that much utility. Just one question. I can do this as many times as I want... that seems a bit much for a choose any power. I suppose it will take time and tokens... hmmm maybe make him a unique or a prime? I can just imagine 2 of these guys with different abilities all over the place. or not he is 100 points.
That's a great Multiple man the only problem I have is this. There's nothing making him harder to hit on his first clicks this means if I roll a 5-7(depending on a 10-12 atk) and can get 5 damage somehow one shot and he's dead(3 damage + HO).
Quicksilver's trait means that all of a sudden I'm going to be wanting to strategize around moving a character first in the turn and supporting that first attack as much as possible. could be interesting that would have to be play tested for me to give feedback
Now for Rogue I'd buy that figure in a heartbeat. I personally don't like that it's a combat action to steal powers. but i'd deal with it after all unlike the 99 pt version i'm getting all the powers AND traits of the character oh yeah and the range value. That would be worth it.
One loop hole on your Widget is you can't prob when your opponent rolls doubles. It's the same deal as Nick "Balls" Fury neith is the highest they're tied. This means you can't prob a crit hit.
Bishop is pretty good. his special defence and XSE trait are pretty good, but honestly I don't like the character enough to use him as 145 points unless I'm playing an obscenely high point cost game. Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't use that RCE Special and P/PB at the same time correct? if you can't then he's pretty good. if you can then he's ridiculous
I don't know a ton about maverick, but this is a cool character and i'd definitely throw him on a theme team
Cerise has some cool abilities, not a huge fan of barrier. If she was around 50-75 points i'd think about using her but I also don't know anything about her.
Sinister's pretty good, and so is magneto, but that Deadpool is so far my favorite villain. can't wait to see what's next.

I only have 1 rule if it's not x-men I don't play it.
