A really nice way to work in the flavor of the character with the trait. It tells you all you need to know about this guy. And makes him a badass to boot.
I especially like the damage spike at the end balanced with the av drop.
Thanks, reno. One of the things I always strive to do in a dial is to infuse it with character, not just the stuff that the character can do. I thought giving him an ability that actually rewards you for nontheme play, in addition to being different from anything we've really seen so far, would be an awesome way to show his outsider/loner perspective. The wp was chosen to contrast the Colossal Stamina and the pc to substitute the lack of ttpc (I'm my own team, kind of thing). Colossal Stamina was intended to show burnout from being on the team
And speaking of nontheme play, it would only be fitting to try out the guy they clearly intended to be their breakout character on a team without a kw. His powers were yet another tap into the ubiquitous shadowforce dimension, so try him with nightshade, obsidian, cloak and darkstar

Great use of the EB/N in the special power. No wasted points for willpower on a push click. I am curious as to why all the powers put in the special power instead of on the dial? I assume it is for flavor reasons. Nothing wrong here, it just seemed like a curious choice.
Other than that, you get a really good dial for 65 points.

stealth and sc could have probably taken their own slots with subsequent flavor text. I decided to lump 'em all in together so that they'd be all thematically linked together into her dramatic transformation and to further emphasize the powerless-to-powerfulness transformation, really highlight her 1 thing before she goes into action girl mode.
speaking of design choices, after pac2017 I find myself not wanting to put invincible on the end of the dial where they can take 3 dmg and be KO'd. is that just me?

I really like how the Team Ability keeps her cost down. I'd probably use the other to carry the team turn 1 and then use TK turn 2 with the to not push.

First I want to know, did the dial layout come first or the Living Power Ring trait? Overall, the design in awesome. The team ability granting trait is so very nice. But it is the interaction of the other trait with the dial that has me impressed. In novice hands, the dial would not have come off as perfectly balanced. No running shot or hypersonic nonsense on the top dial to abuse and turn her into the alpha strike flavor of the week. But instead she can get a free TK in or even a free RCE. Then late dial is when she can really shine if you've held off on using the trait. Drop a free RS+PW could really turn the tide late in the game.

As I was putting this together in just couldn't ignore jsa or the outsiders subtheme (even if this era technically predates her inclusion) so instead of piling all the TAs on, I decided to take a page from the book of Dark_Knight and give her theme-based conditions. It's one of the coolest (and no that's saying something) ideas dk used a lot and it paired so well for Jenny
I like that you're thinking of team transport as the go-to for her . The thing I liked most about her interactions is that she's got 3 power action options topdial with very different effects and roles that can switch up tactics on the fly and keep your opponent guessing

And this is why you're the best. Excellent work.
The dial came first, and then the power action came towards the end during my polish phase. I'm glad it did because it seems to be the real eye catcher for her. It came to me initially as merely a pun on power ring and power actions, and then seeing as her dial always has at least 1 on each click, the execution really clicked for me.
Topdial she's intended for more team support and coordination between her mass tax8, tk and barrier, but she's still got RCE to elevate her modest combat values up to a decent 10/3 or a sniper's 11/2. Then the dial progresses into a more combat mode mid dial to the end when Jenny cuts loose so she can show this new bloods how it's done

I like the building up of reducers as he 'hulks out'. The optional trait would be particularly useful for Outsiders. Give them a damage sponge. They won't want to hit him, but they won't have much options. Nicely done.

Thank you, sir. I went to the toolshed several times on that , growing it from a technocrat bff, granting mm to wanting to have it key off the ta. I ultimately went with how it turned out in an effort to play into his hulk design and implement a kind of "taunt" mechanic that has some serious strategic potential (hence its hefty cost)
But basically I really want wylde made because he's an obscure character from a run I loved more than I have a right to and is the only remaining unclixed character of it. I still can't get over that they made technocrat ! So who knows, right? Dreams come true

That attack SP is vicious. I like that you made it a de facto double power action, but worded it in such a way that it doesn't cost him for under-performing on the attack. (There's nothing like the DPA+Crit Miss)
This guy is great at either value. He can bring the pain and adds some always useful Outwit. The transporter symbol seems to be a bit of a waste, with him sporting a max 9 attack with it (flier transporter is just not very good effect as is imo). Other than that, he is a lean mean killing machine.

outsiders ta, my friend
as for his sp, that's exactly what I was going for. enabling his computer brain to "parse" the double power action so that he can use it with his rs and determine whether it's worth putting in the extra oomf to go for the killshot (especially if he uses both his s ).
the dial was definitely made with the outsiders ta in mind, enabling his to be a viable option, particularly on his rookie dial where he relies on it as his move and attack. it's offset in a koriand'r kind of way due to his reliance defensively on esd but the conditional invincible upgrade to his otherwise toughness should mitigate his mitigation . the final click earthbound highlights his impressive array of non-standard combat symbols (though now counts ) throughout most of his dial, making that shutdown-to-heal more felt. additionally, that click #4 offensive upswing is intended to catch your opponent offguard when he stops analyzing and goes for the "unsubtle approach" that typified this '90s extreme superman take.
i'm still disappointed that the one eradicator we got didn't have the outsiders kw. but frankly, that's about the only thing disappointing about that dial, so I had a high bar to work around
