How exactly is Crossbones stealthed? He's on the top of elevated terrain, not on an object. There's nothing on his dial that should make him special in that regard.
Colossus to F4.
Forge freely heals him 1.
Forge also heals Kitty 1 using the X-ta. Rolls 5, no damage for it.
Phoenix rolls 2, she's just not been having luck with those rolls. She attacks Hermie. Needs 7, rolls 6. Very un-Phoenix like not to even hit the generics.
Rond Vidar rce on Hermie. Outwits his ss. Needs 7, rolls 8. Out.
Kitty ports to D9. Forge makes her movement 9. She phases to H14 trying to incap a mess of your guys. Rolls 6. I could really use Gateway's pc. A token/click to Ayesha, Scout rolls 2 so takes a token/click.
Gateway summons Hank Pym ID card in F11.
Hank becomes Giant-Man AOU44R. He sides to F13. Outwits Crossbones toughness. Quakes. Rolls 9, which is awesome. Before I get to damage, this destroys walls and objects within 2 squares, let's skip the former even though it would potentially cause extra damage for your guys falling off the roof but...it's too messy.
Anyway he does 3 damage which means the following:
2 to Malekith after toughness
KOs Ayesha
3 to Crossbones and kb to B16 where he falls off the roof for 2 more. Almost a ko.
Gateway twirls his rock on a sting. It's a mystical talisman that teleports and, in this case, initiates dreamtime, a dream like state effecting several foes.
"What is this?" Crossbones asks.
"Trickery, stand back," Malekith says.
"Trickery? From me? Nah," Goliath says emerging like a dream and charging his foes with enough power to stun several of them.
Regarding Crossbones and his Stealth. Going back to the start of the game when we talked a little about the map, I proposed:

The row along the right side of that same elevated - the 4 center squares that look like a kind of control panel - do you want to treat those like hindering?

I'm sure we'll debate these are some point, forgetting this understanding. But I'm good with your suggestion.
So you totally called it on forgetting the discussion.
Ayesha's out, that's fine. KB to Crossbones would only be 2 squares, so it wouldn't be enough to make him fall. Malekith has Mastermind and will give the Scout his Damage. Buddy is also in Giant-Man's radius, but gets a SS roll. 2. So he takes 2 as well and KB to I17. Bedlam also takes 2 and KB to C13
Crossbones rolls for the Weapon Drop, 2 = Enhancement or Empower. I guess Empower. I see potential.
WOL Mongul in now. Teleports to E14
Malekith Perplexes his Damage to 5, lends him 2 contingency tokens to make his AV13
Crossbones to D15
Mindwarp Phases to E16
Mongul Charges to C10, carrying Crossbones to B11, attacks Sunfire, AV13 on DV18. Gets 6. With the Empower, that's 6 to Sunfire and KO.
Mantis to D9 to block.

"Fire? That's what you bring to the fight? Fire?" Mongul said, grabbing Sunfire and not feeling the slightest pain from the X-Man's flames. "No, little human. You'll have to do better than that." He slammed Sunfire to the floor with bone-breaking force.
Before we go on, Hank outwitted Crossbone's toughness. He does 3 damage as his special, when he quakes. Quake = kb, right? So he's knocked off the roof for 5 damage.
I guess that doesn't alter the turn.
Iron Man is in. I'll go back to AVAS beast, because I need the pc.
Kitty to E10 trying to incap Mongul and Mantis. Rolls 3. Iron Man pcs to 10. A token to both. She ports to L2.
Forge heals Colossus 1.
Rond outwits Mongul's imperv.
Iron Man on Mongul. Needs 7, rolls 2. Really? I hate debuts like this.
Fair point on Giant-Man's Quake. Doesn't change my turn, but my Elves and Crossbones do have more Damage.
Also, Mantis is the one at the edge of the roof for Iron Man to target. Doesn't change the fact that he rolled a 2.
Weapon Drop is a 1 for Quake or Pulse Wave on Crossbones. Pulse Wave sounds pretty darn good.
Malekith on Gateway. AV11 on DV16 +1. Gets 7. SS is 1. A KO to him.
Buddy takes a token from Malekith to up his movement. Moves to G10 to block Gateway
Crossbones, who is on his last click, Sidesteps to D10, teleports to K2. He'll take Malekith's other token to up his AV to 11 and Pulse Waves. Gets 9. Oh that's pretty. Everyone but Colossus will take 1 from that.
That does KO Crossbones. Seems a good time to bring in Nitro. He Explodes and Reforms, with AV10. Rolls 4. Shades of when you played Nitro. Same exact result. Squat.

Nitro's definitely a one-hit wonder. If he hits. But he's got to be in the middle of a group of enemies to work. Which means payback is...well, you know.
Let's start with the obvious. Mongul on X-23. AV11 on DV17. Gets 9. 3 to her after Toughness.
SFSM Tarantula in now. Teleports to D14, does his Leaping Enhancement Trait thing to Leap to E10 to try to finish X-23 off. AV10 on DV16. Rolls a 2 but Mindwarp can help, makes it 8. KOs her.
Reptil is in next. Red TKs him to D16.
He moves to D9 to block. Don't forget his Shape Change and Trait.

"I understand you have a healing factor, girl. It won't help you," Mongul said, bashing her.
"That's what you think," she replied. "I'm not out yet, and if I'm not out, I'll heal right back up from any hit you dish out."
"Then we will have to finish you quickly," Tarantula said, hitting her with the stilettos on his boots. It was all her healing factor could do to keep the poison on the blades in check, but the wounds themselves too her out of the fight.
"I'm g;ad to see you," Reptil told Bedlam. "Otherwise there are just way too many bead guys on this side for my comfort."
