____ The blonde girl chased the demon through a small thicket. Somewhere along the way she lost sight of him, but could still hear him laughing somewhere in the distance. She crawled through a small opening in a pile of tree branches and exited the thicket altogether. Her breath caught in her throat. There was a volcano up ahead, the one at the centre of the island. Strewn about its mouth were body parts. Severed limbs, skulls, and bones littered everything. Dead monsters were missing entire torsos.

____ "I guess you've been busy," said the girl as she gazed around horrified.


____ At the top of the volcano, Baal-Berith stood facing the bubbling lava. All of his crawling tendrils had shot out in all directions. They were swirling and swarming and bathing in the lava.

____ The blonde girl drew in closer. Mr. Pointy was still lodged in the demon's head.

____ You can't kill me, said a crazed voice inside her mind. I am slaughter incarnate. The crazed butcher of Hell. You are just some little girl.

____ Looks can be deceiving. Besides, it looks like you have some party crashers.


____ A group of individuals approached the volcanic mouth from the right. They were led by Afterthought, the man in the trench coat. Beside him was Cypress, Thrush, and the other members of the Dark Covenant. The blonde girl ran up to join them.

____ "Oh yum. Delivery." Said the demon. His tendrils withdrew from the lava and he turned to face the group.

____ "Something like that, ya prick."

____ In the middle of the group, the doctor was pushed out and into the dirt. He looked back, and then scrambled to his feet and ran towards his master.

____ "Baal-Berith! I have returned to you!" Exclaimed the doctor.

____ "Are you that raven-haired kid I once had?" Joked the demon.

____ "My master! I was the one who completed the incantation that released you. I brought you into this plane of existence!"

____ "Oh yeah?"

____ "I have come to serve you in all things! By Pendragon's Might I-"

____ A red axe decapitated the doctor.

____ Baal picked the head up. "Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio." The demon then laughed and ate the head.

____ "Charming," said Afterthought. "We figured you'd do something like that anyway. Gave us a chance to start the spell."

____ The other members of the Dark Covenant were mumbling something around a big, black book.

____ The demon didn't hesitate in rushing forward and firing a dozen tendrils at the group. They all hit an enlarged boy with tree-branch antlers.

____ "I am thrush." He was thrush.

____ Various branches held the swirling tendrils in place, and Cypress blasted them clean off.

____ "Guess I'll just torture you from the inside then. And I really wanna torture you." The demon's third eye started to glow purple.

____ Thrush dropped to his knees and grabbed his head. Cypress let out a scream and doubled over.


____ "Hey that's cheating!" Someone shouted from behind Baal.

____ Psynox put her fingers to her temple and aimed her other hand towards Cypress and the group. Slowly the headaches seemed to fade and they stood up once more.

____ "You? But you're in the pit!" Shouted the demon.

____ "Um, it's called escaping? Not everyone needs mortals to help them leave Hell, you big baby."

____ A blast from Cypress knocked the demon off the side of the mouth.

____ "You better hurry up!" Shouted Cypress.

____ "Almost there!"


____ The demon reemerged, with axes, spears and blades extending out of itself. It jumped and a spear shot forward.

____ Cypress screamed as the spear drove through his shoulder.

____ "Brother!" Shouted the demon. "Help me slay them!"

____ "We're no longer a monster. Not like you."

____ "Then you will die as one of them!"


____ "We've got it!" Shouted the man in the trench coat. "We've loosened the threads between this reality and the next, but we still need something to cut open a doorway! Could take up to an hour, with so few of us left."

____ "We don't have that kind of time," said the blonde girl.

____ Cypress fell to his knees.

____ Thrush ran forward and tried to keep the demon busy, but was failing.


____ "Did you say cut?" Psynox reached behind her and withdrew the fiery blade she had grabbed from the pink cyborg's corpse.

____ "This little girly robot thing used this to open up wormholes. Will it work?"

____ "Try it!"

____ She sliced an oval in the air. At first nothing happened, but then the air inside the oval started to flow rapidly. The space dissolved, and became reflective. Then it washed away, revealing a window into a world full of fire and screaming.

____ "The portal is open!"


____ Thrush was thrown down the side of the volcano. He rolled like a fallen tree trunk until he hit the bottom.

____ "I will slice you all open and feed on your organs!"

____ A spinning axe tore through the group. Afterthought and a few others jumped out of the way, but one man was completely sliced in half.

____ The blonde girl had tears in her eyes. She ran towards the demon and dropkicked it towards the portal.

____ Three tendrils then grabbed her leg and whipped her back into Cypress.


____ "You pathetic mortals! Just leave me be! I am not the worst thing on this island by far! I am just a demon, but the fire of Hell is here! You waste time on me while Hell engulfs your world!"

____ Bamn. Something shot him in the head, from an unknown source. He stumbled back towards the portal. Bamn, another shot and he was knocked back once more.

____ Now off-guard, Psynox jumped in front of the demon and jammed the fiery blade into his chest.

____ He screamed a crazed, guttural cry. "Brother! Help me!"

____ She put her foot against the hilt of the sword, leaned in and whispered, "Long live the King."

____ A single kick sent Baal-Berith and the sword back into the fiery depths of Hell.

____ "Send my regards to that pit-master, The Darkstone!" Shouted Psynox as the demon disappeared into the distance. With the blade now gone, the portal closed in on itself and disappeared.

____ Psynox turned to the others. "I thought about going with, 'This is Sparta!' but I wasn't feelin' it ya know?"


____ The others groaned.

You have 24 hours.

____ "Finally, that bugger is back in the pit," said Afterthought. "Just need to round up whatever's still crawling around the island."

____ "I doubt it'll be so easy. What with that hell flame, fire monster thing he was talking about," said the blonde girl.

____ "Could be a bluff. Still, we'll need to make sure."


____ "I could use a hand over here!" Shouted Cypress. His shoulder was bleeding and Thrush was trying to put pressure on the wound.

____ "It's just a flesh wound, Slim. You'll be right as rain soon." Said Psynox, who was strolling towards the pair.

____ "You. I thought I told you if I ever saw you again, I wouldn't go easy on you." He tried to raise his arm cannon, but his arm wobbled and he couldn't find the strength.

____ "Oh no, please don't hurt us with that slight arm waiver of yours. Have mercy!" She laughed.

____ "Just wait until I'm patched up."

____ "Okay, but we're gonna have to pee at one point."


____ Afterthought, the blonde girl, and a few others caught up to them. "Brilliant work there, uhh, whatever you are. We should get a pint sometime."

____ "We would but we don't want to."

____ "Hey," said the blonde girl. "You know what Baal was talking about with the flames?"

____ "Actually we think it could be this brutish firey guy called...uhh...Flameser? No. Oh, Inferno! Yeah that's what Deadhawk called it."

____ "Wait," said Cypress. "Inferno? Deadhawk? You've got to be ####ting me. Deadhawk is dead and Inferno is in another dimension. Stop using your telepathy to take things from my head."

____ "Gee, someone's egotistical, Slim. Fine find the big fire dude yourself. We're out." She shot a fiery web onto a tree branch in the distance, and in a few more launches she was out of sight.

____ "Wait come back!" Shouted the blonde girl. "Great now what are we going to do?"

____ "Hey how about fixing my wounds."

____ "Oh fine."




____ "Seven."

____ The horse glared at the pale man. "Okay, I have to ask, what have you been counting every night?"

____ The pale man lit the cigar and held it to his lips. "Been countin' how many cigars I smoked. So far, seven."

____ "What's the point?"

____ "Look around. You seein' any saloons 'round here?"

____ "No."

____ "No, that's right. No saloons. No cigars. No nothin'."

____ "Just stop smoking so much."

____ "Gonna pretend I didn't hear that."


____ They had just arrived back to their old wooden shack in the woods, when the pale man noticed that the front door was ajar.

____ "Guess we got some company," he calked his shotgun and stepped off his horse, The Horsicarrier.

____ He started to walk towards the door, when something kicked it straight off its hinges.

____ "Do you feel lucky, punk?"

____ Two sets of sharp teeth smiled back from the doorway.

____ "Wait. Is that a...shark?"

____ A metallic shark ran forward and bit the pale man's head right off. Blood shot out of the body like a fountain.

____ Horsicarrier tried to run, but the metallic shark was too fast and the horse was quickly devoured as well.

____ When it was finished, the shark enjoyed a nice cigar.




____ Thrush never saw the punch coming.

____ He had made sure Cypress was safely back at the Dark Covenant's headquarters, before venturing back out for clues.

____ The last he remembered was a big red fist, and then everything went dark.




____ The blonde girl walked as lightly as she could towards a small pond in the middle of the forest.

____ At the centre of the pond, a small tiger-dragon was cooling off.

____ It had a happy smile on its face and seemed to enjoy the water a great deal.

____ This isn't who I expected to find here, but this thing still looks kinda evil.

____ It frolicked merrily.

____ Sure wish I had a weapon though. Oh well.

____ She ran forward and dropkicked the tiger-dragon into a tree stump. The poor creature didn't even have time to react before the blonde girl snapped its neck.

____ All in a day's work.

Last night I targeted DarqFeonix, and only I targeted him.

Unexpected #### all around.

So Girathon blocked known town, and whoever is inhabiting The Slauer's body - can't remember who that is, it's in my notes - tried to kill me and ended up hitting Raven.

Both are good for lunching to me. Girathon more than most, he's survived way too long, IMHO.

And gFish is lying about his results. Outright lying. So there's that.

Whoever I targeted, I was the only one that targeted that person. I have shared my results every phase and repeatedly had them verified.

If you noticed who did the killings, they were done by different people. They are changing up their strategy.

If my info conflicts with yours, its because I was misdirected or something. Anyhow, I targeted you (Darq) because I thought the mafia would be targeting the rezzed townie. adamical would be another good choice, but he seems to self-rez. That was my theory, anyway.
