Basically, all the players are grouped together in pods. Usually these pods consist of 4 people. At the judges indication the first person opens their first booster. They get whatever pogs, feats, or BFCs that may or may not be in the booster. The person to his/her immediate right then turns all of the figures to their first click(if necessary). The first person then picks one figure and passes the rest to his left. Once everyone has opened their first booster, the player to the left of the first person, opens their second booster. Repeat until finished.


The point totals is 300, and usually w/sealed tournaments shock the turtle effects go into play.

I am flying back into Atlanta Friday Feb, 18th. I was going to drive back to Chattanooga TN for the night and back to Atlanta for the Legacy prerelease on the 19th. Is there a HC game on the night of the 18th? If so when and where, I will try to make it if my plane lands anywhere near on time and just stay the night at a Marriott somewhere.

No, afraid there's no game on the 18th at Great Escape. There's a "reverse shock the turtle" game there on the 25th though - that's where the "death wall" starts in the center four squares and spreads outwards!

Just to remind everyone about my game on Wednesday the 16th, it's 500 point unrestricted open, you must have a Purple Power (FB, SC, Willpower, CCE) on your first click. Prizes are Kilowog, Madame Hydra, Sentinel Captain and a booster.

There will also be a sealed DC marquee-styled event on the night of its release, March 2. Come by and get your $5.75 boosters and build a 300-pt team from three packs. Prizes include Jesse Chambers, Bishop of XSE and boosters.

Ha ha! I think protectorate, one of the most downright evil and fun people to play against in the area, came up with that one. He's the fellow who joined us late at our foiled plan to have lunch at Mellow Mushroom before the Premiere Event. However, I don't think I'll have a chance to play that night, sadly!
