Could I just state for the record how pleased I am that both first place and Fellowship were won by locals? Woo hoo!

I won't be able to make it this week. I am working 6 nights a week at my second job. The manager is supposed to get some more staff so when they do I'll try to make it out there.

Who won fellowship?

Jon won fellowship. He and Chan (who has been coming back up to Champions recently) were among the 5 or so that got all 10's from opponents, with Jon winning the roll of the 20 sided die. Congrats to Charles as well. As Grant stated, it's good to know both winners.

No prize support @ Champions on Friday, but some of us will be going up to play for fun. All are welcome, try to bring figures you have never played or do not play often/do not know very well. Point build will be determined on site via dice roll.

Yeah...Don posted Great Escape (with prize support). I gave details for "friendly" game @ Champions (no prize support). We just like getting together, and after my poor performance at the regional (0-2), I want to get better at planning/playing on the fly.

If you've heard ominous rumors about some heavy shortages from WizKids on Legacy for its first waves, those rumors seem to be coming true. Entertaining Events' order of 11 cases, which was downgraded to a "first wave" shipment of 4 cases, has now been cut again due to production shortages, and they will be receiving only a quarter-case. This is not enough to run an event, never mind fill pre-orders, so I'm forced to cancel tomorrow's game.

Sorry for the short notice, I was only just told.

If you have orders in at your local comic shop, you might want to call ahead before planning to pick DC Legacy up tomorrow.
