The final ninja slips in as Shrinking Violet enjoys her moment. "What the heck?" he snaps at her.

"Ninja!" Ra's al-Ghul says. It's the last words he says before he's taken down by a Japanese blade.

"Magneto, where are you heading off to?" Amadeus Cho asks, "There's a battle going on here!".

"Indeed. Keep up the good work. You've got things well in hand," Magneto replies leaving the fray.

Amadeus looks to see his allies trounce Creeper. "You may be right but it's cowardly just to leave like that."

I can't help but get the feeling you're up to something sneaky with Psylocke and Magneto back there. But nothing I can do about it this turn.

"Look, it's a ninja!" a crowd of Knot Tops laughed. "Let's show him we ain't afraid of him." Their leader moved in on the ninja, trying to slice him with a stiletto. The ninja easily ducked under it and countered with a punch to the ribs.

Another of the Knot Tops slipped away to find other amusement and stumbled into Rorschach finishing off Darkstar. "Crap!" the Knot Top cursed.

"They want me to work with you scum," Rorschach said. "I won't. I will not compromise." He prepared to strike out at his supposed ally. His attention was momentarily distracted by the arrival of a giant in the arena.

"You can't fly high enough to avoid me," he told Archangel, plucking him out of the air and knocking him out with a flick of his index finger.

Had to lose Warren, he's pretty useful in this Archangel figure.

Amadeus to E1.

"Be patient," Xorn says in his zen moment, "He is coming."

"Right. Prepare for me, Xorn, use your skills to heal me," Magneto says.

"I knew you were up to something!" Amadeus Cho rushes in interrupting them.

"Have a care, boy, Xorn will heal me. This battle will go on!".

Meanwhile Psylocke has a run in with Rorshach.

"Sneak up on a sneak? I love it!" she says about to plunge her psychic knife into his head.

"Not so fast, ninja girl," he says holding her at bay.

"You're resourceful but with my psychic skills I can confuse you long enough to let me go. Once that's done my psychic blade goes into your head....like this."

Louie attacks the Ninja. AV8 +1 for Minion on DV16. Gets 11/ Blades roll is 6, but is reduced to 3.

Supergirl hit Pretty Boy with her heat vision. "Bad thing about having a metal body, it melts."

"Good enough to stand up to you," Pretty Boy defied her.

Salaak moved in with a four pack of swords and axes courtesy of his ring, and tried to finish off Pretty Boy, but as the Reaver had pointed out, Supergirl's heat vision hadn't done so much damage as to make him helpless and he quickly turned the tables on the Green Lantern.

There was a blur of yellow and their hair and clothes all moved like a sudden hurricane had passed though. But it was Xorn who bore the brunt of that hurricane, Hurricane Zoom.

"Dddonnn'ttt knnoooww wwwhaaattt yyoouu'rrree hhiiiddiiinnngg uunnddeeerrrr thhhhaaatt mmmaaasssskk, aaannndd ddoooonnn'ttt ccaaarrree. III tthhiiinnnkk III ccaaannn bbbeeaaatttt yyoouuu." Before Xorn could even react, Zoom had pummeled him to within an inch of his life. Hit for 7? Already. I mean Xorn comes with a big X on his back (and on his chest, literally) but I had hoped for at least a 2nd turn with him.

"I've had tougher times opening pill bottles," Pretty Boy asks, "What about you, buddy?".

A blast hits Supergirl and she falls unconscious.

"...Never mind!" he replies.

"Xorn? Xorn?" Magneto asks.

"Forgive me. I have failed you," with that the X-Men Xorn calmly falls into silence.

"You'renextMrMasterofMagnetism," Zoom threatens.

"I don't think so," he firmly replies.

"You hold him tight, Rogue, I'll bash the speedster into pieces," Juggernaut says.

"Ah was thinking the opposite, Juggy," Rogue says.

"Race you to him?" Juggernaut asks.

"I can't move!" Zoom says.

"That's my controlling the iron in your blood. That weakness you feel is Rogue absorbing your powers so that Juggernaut can destroy you in one blow. Goodbye, Zoom. I would ask you to say hello to Xorn but you won't be going where he is."

"Geez," Armor says to Psylocke, "Are you guys always so tough."

"This, my darling dear, is a slow day," Betsy replies.

Would have liked to keep Supergirl a little longer for as many points as I invested in her, but she was in a precarious position. And speaking of precarious positions, poor Zoom. I knew he'd be a target, but like you and Xorn, I was hoping to get another turn out of him at least.

And I imagine Rogue could get to keep the PC. Not that I'm likely to get anywhere near her this turn.
