Shocker's taken 2 clicks. He's on his last Toughness click. Red Arrow's Damage is 2, so that's only 1 to Shocker. So not KOd, by my reckoning. Unless I missed something.

Also if Red Arrow's at 4, he's not on his RCE clicks any more, so his Trick Shot can't trigger and he can't target the Camouflaged Impossible Man
