Hey Norym (or I guess anyone else, but it seems he's the only one in here that reads more than the back of a cereal box)...have you read Divergent?
He asked as if there wasn't a link to a list of what he's read in his signature.
Saw the movie. Wasn't overly impressed. I wish CL saw it so I can see if one of the main charater's eyes being higher than the other would upset him as much as a face-mole does.
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.
It was pretty good. The fact that it was written in present tense was a bit odd, but not a bad thing. The narration seemed very stiff and formal, though I guess that's fitting.
Have not read it. It is on my to read one day, but it is a long list... and it probably does not crack the top 50 to read. Should I read it?
I'm half-way through it. It's interesting. It seems aimed at teenagers. At this point, to answer your question, "read it?" - I would say yes. However, don't move it into your top 50.
So I'm at 7-11 paying for a snack, when lady comes in and asks if they have a restroom. The cashier doesn't realize he's been asked a question, so I point to her and say, "she's talking to you." She repeats her question, but I guess because he's right below a fan, he can't hear her, so she has to say it again. As she's walking to the back he tells me that he can't hear right there because of the fan. I say,"what?" So he repeats himself. I say, "I can't hear you." He repeats himself again, and then another 7-11 worker thinks what she said can't be heard, so she says, "I said the meat is in the freezer." So I say, "what?" again, and she repeats herself.
