I think Jones is going to get demolished. It doesn't mattter how much team loyalty you have (Stu), you need to realize that New School dominates CS as long as it gets a decent (not ####ty) draw.
Indeed the Flame Trap vs. EMS timing will be insane to watch. Jonesy is the absolute master of the chain so he will fire it up at the most effective moments, and Reconstruction Program helps the discard. It couldn't be a better match-up to anticipate. Especially if Ryan is wearing the shirt that his opponent designed. That would be the cherry on top.

Oh, I'm not lying to myself. In fact, it was our second rated deck going in. This is PC Top 8, however, and the pressure is nearly unbearable. I'm just planting tiny seeds in the wind, thanks for your concern.
i wonder how much testing jones has agaist the new school? maybe a few hours worth....
i know that Jason has had at least a solid months worth of testing agaist CS, maybe not CS playing Flame Trap,
but when flame trap was strong in the meta.... jason's EMS didn't have any big problems with it,

See, this is where I beg to differ. The early Finishing Move/Hounds lock excess and the late double Flame Trap just might be enough to end it before then.
Either way, I will gladly admit that Jonesy has no shot if it will soothe you.
as far as game play, all joking aside, until next post...hehe.
hounds lock alot of time, and most times, is stopped by robot sentry, agree? total anarchy along with hounds, and then a nasty overload, would pull the lock, agree?
Okay. Question.
Why do some of the CS decks include Mojoverse??? I just can't figure it out.
The only thing I can come up with is 1 little extra +1/+1.
Originally posted by stubarnes Now, I know that was not exactly Kelvin's deck but it is basically the same archetype. Latuki Joe and the Oklahoma crew have been working on Dream decks since the early days, and I can't wait to get a timeline from the real Barnes about when they figured out the self-KO stuff. It looks to me like Clocktower became less neccesary than the basic requirements... Avalon gives you that one extra character you need to feed the dream or the Fizzle. It also gives you another chance to Alfred or Longshot.
Yep... Kelvin also ran Bat Signals in addtion to Beast.
Clocktower:
1. Exhaust your GCPD to prevent breakthrough.
2. Peak at your top card for Longshot
3. If it's not what you want, bottom deck it.
4. If it is what you want and you don't have Longshot, activate and get it into your resource row.
X-School:
Mulitple Alfreds or Longshots in a single turn.
CS will have a very hard time with this build. The only thing that I can think will stop it is bad draws and the CS player using multiple Mark IIs to stop the Alfred/Longshot engines. Even trying to Overload your own 4-drop or higher is tough because of Fizzle, Detective Work and Death.
