I am running the tourney at Titans in a couple of weeks. I think that the scenario will be:

All sculpts must be holding a blade. This can be a knife, sword, axe, etc.

They cannot have created blades like blink, KC GL, or Psyloche.

Vampire batman would not work because it is a wooden stake. But, KC Batman might because he has the blade on his arm. Your call.
