"Iceman?" Echo said, confused.

"No, not Iceman," a voice with a thick Russian accent spoke from his mouth - definitely not Bobby's voice. "He got so overexcited at beating the brutish Executioner that he let his defenses down. Hahahahaha!" Then Iceman shook his head.

"Whoa, what happened? It's like I blacked out for a second there."

"A little mind control happened," Echo said, a bit annoyed. Suddenly a giant man-shark crashed through the brush and sank his teeth into Sandman's shoulder.

"What the...?" Echo said, not believing her eyes. She drew her sword and readied to attack the monster.

"Heh, more fresh meat," King Shark said, dropping Sandman onto the ground. "Well he's not going anywhere. I guess I can give you some attention. And I bet you'll taste real sweet."

Hmmmm....Rasputin is in M20, Iceman M9. That's 11 squares, one more than Rasputin's range. Want to try something else for him?

Well Star Sapphire has some Perplex she hasn't used. She can use it to up his range to 11. Then he's fine.

"Hey now!" G'Nort said, ducking, "that's playing dirty!"

"We're the bad guys," Heat Wave reminded G'Nort. "Playing dirty is what we do." He tried to blast G'Nort, but only succeeded in catching Sapphire's newspaper on fire.

"Stay still, little man, so I can bite your head off!" King Shark growled.

"You know, I neven understand why you villains make demands like that," Puck said, frustrating King Shark with his acrobatics. "If you're going to word them that way, of course we're not going to stay still for you. Now if you asked us to stay still so you can take a picture, so that you'll always remember who kicked your butt, then that might work better."

Chief again outwits Boom's ee. Wasp flies Chief to E2, she's E3.

G'nort outwits King Shark's toughness. Echo attacks him, needs 6, rolls 7. 2 to King Shark.

Eventually one got through her defenses and took her down.

"Sweet," Power Ring said.
