Not at all. As you may or may not be able to tell by the picture, there is a massive gap in the corpse's abdomen. What little amount of intestines remain are not in one piece, nor of any considerable length or strength.

I'm going to tackle one of the beasties attacking Wade in such a way that it trips and crashes it's head on something hard or pointy. (brains?)
