"While we encourage fan enthusiasm by permitting the use of authorized and other publicly available images and information, we can not tolerate the unauthorized release of confidential company information."
Does this mean there will be some openings at the bottom rungs of UDE...I need a J O B, I have spelling and grammar skills and I can keep a spreadsheet on my computer only!

Doesn't change the fact that if people can't get what they want here, they'll go somewhere they can.
1) Non-official spoilers may still be wrong. With no way to verify, we may waste 5 pages of arguing how broken a card is and find out that the poster put the wrong cost or affiliation.
2) As players, we should respect UDE's system of previews. There are quite a few people who put time and effort into their card reviews and although spoilers don't totally ruin it, it does take some sheen off the shine.
3) As much as people want to "level the field", that is not what this is about. It's not UDE's fault it got leaked. Are they supposed to ask for a person's first born along with that NDA just to ensure that person doesn't leak the spoiler? It has been shown by todays antics that anyone can get the spoiler so who really is at a disadvantage here?
Lastly, I would rather visit a site that does the right thing and respects UDE by removing any unofficial spoiler information than a site that posts it just to thumb its nose at said site and at UDE for that matter.

Talk about your egos...
Not ego. At least not for me. But I have two cards I'm previewing, one here and one on the Yahoo Group. One of my cards was put up as a "unconfirmed rumor" here on the Realms and I said to myself "Well, guess I don't have to write that article."
It's not that I have an ego about this. But when something's already been discussed, including backstory, mechanics, relative power levels, etc, what do I bring to the table? Hasn't it all been said at that point?
What would you write about Wonder Woman, Avatar of Truth? She's got reasonable stats, flight to hit folks in the back and her Cosmic ability is good, but don't count on it for more than one round (two, if you happen to get even initiatives). Things that have all been said before because everyone knows that. Now, imagine you've been given a card to preview that everyone already knows about. All the points you wanted to bring up about how cool it is have already been talked about. How the card fits into the set/team? Everyone already knows. The only thing they don't know is the art, but you're not an art critic, you're a game player and writer of articles.
I'm not one inclined to sour grapes, but I'm very tempted, when it comes time to preview the card that's already been spoiled, to preview the card and include a link to the discussion thread and say "These guys have already talked about the card. Go ahead and see what they have to say about it." It'll definitely save me time and avoid other folks wasting their time reading redundant information.
So the full list should be withheld so that a small minority of preview card writers- me included- can have their day in the sun unvieling a new card to the have not's? all along the have's sit there with their ill-gotten lists scheming to rule PC ATL thanks to extra weeks of practice. All becuase a handfull of writers feel jipped?
