I hate it when I start to second-guess myself on rulings in the middle of tournaments. I had a brain fart during this evening's tournament and I believe I ruled incorrectly on a TK question:

Crisis Sinestro is adjacent to an opposing figure. A Foom Finger is less than eight squares away. Can Sinestro TK the Finger into the opposing figure's square?

I ruled Sinestro could not (but I have a nagging feeling that I'm wrong), based on this line in the Player's Guide and the fact that Sinestro was adjacent to an opposing character:

Sinestro could place the object, but not make an attack with it.

You can't make range attacks while based without sharpshooter

Here is how we are going to do this. In this thread, I need nominations for the next "Talk like an X" day. If a nomination gets seconded twice by other members in this thread, it goes on the calendar on the next available day, which will be Wednesdays, two weeks apart. Capiche?

So the next day is June 8th. Get your nominations in and second other's nominations you approve of so we can get some events up!
