Wrong again, oh rajah of the ridiculous. Green Arrow graced many MFC covers; in fact he was the cover feature of a certain issue of MFC that was the first appearance of another, more widely known hero.

Otto the Perfect Palindrome gets it! Aquaman is the only one of the six super-hero features in More Fun Comics never to get the cover. The other five were Green Arrow, Spectre, Doctor Fate, Johnny Quick, and Superboy. (Superboy first appeared in MFC #101, but Green Arrow had that cover.)

You're probably thinking of Green Arrow's practice of keeping perfect aim by shooting dolphins in an aquarium tank. I know some people get upset by that. Some say dolphins have their own language, but I never heard one say anything when they were being killed.
