this could have been a Deadpool set without literally being Deadpool. wf gets a bad wrap because (including ff) there are 7.5 batman and 8.5 superman. there are more actual Deadpool alone here than both of those combined. it's just too much
I was really hoping Lady Mandarin would finally be in here given Psylocke is a subtheme in the set.
there is someone who knows some comics. how she wasn't the prime is crazy to me. i really don't get how certain figures don't get made.she would have fit right in. also surprised we did get a kid/adult apocalypse just seems silly.
@antonio.clark.art is my instagram.take a look and tell me what you think....be blessed!!!
This Stryfe is much better than the original. No matter how he's KO'd, he's going to deal damage to someone.
Note: The Legacy Virus trait can't be ignored.

That Stryfe seems a bit disappointing. Anyone over 100 points who's primary function is TK always seems to be. But that might be for the Best. TK was changed so you couldn't use it if you've been TKed to stop people from telescoping across the map on turn 1, and this guy circumvents that a few ways.
The Legacy Virus: When Stryfe is KO'd, choose a named keyword. Opposing Characters with that keyword are dealt penetrating damage equal half their current click number. Mind Over Matter: Stryfe can use Telekinesis. He can use it as a free action if he has been given a non-free action this turn. Dawn of a New Age: Stryfe can use Leadership and Outwit

I like the dial. Sparse keywords and lack of knowledge of the character on my part mean I probably still won't get him
Every 2 damage you deal to their biggest threat is actually 3 damage. That's fun.
just better hope that the opposing characters have been damaged enough once his trait is activated.
You don't even have to hope. I mean seriously, even if everybody is on click #1 when he is KO'd, he deals Mystics damage* to your entire team! Even just one click to *everybody* is ridiculous. (It will always be at least one, since one divided by two is one half which is rounded up to one.)
What I see is: if your opponent has Stryfe, you better hope that (a) you're not playing a named theme team (b) you're not using those split dial characters (or vampires) that start on, like, click 6, and (c) you're not playing a swarm team with lots of characters who will take lots of damage.
*Yes, it's technically not Mystics damage, so not even the Shadowpact ATA will save you. But I guess Invincible will help if you're on click one.
I wonder if the damage ignores STOP clicks, as well?
STOP clicks only stop for attack damage.
"When this click is revealed due to damage taken from an opposing character’s attack, stop turning the dial. This power can’t be countered or ignored."

He's a clone of Cable, so I would guess not, but I don't know how naming a clone works.

Wow he is butt. We lost an SR spot to this and it's not even him having apocalypse's power Kinda? Him and Colossus should've been rares if even in this set...
That certainly makes Stryfe a literal silver bullet for many characters.

It might be even a shade better than that. Since everyone starts on click 1, so even top clicks peeps will auto-take 1.
Assuming a character gets hit once before Stryfe is KO'd.
hit someone for 0, they're on click 1, and take 1 when he dies. 1 Total

Too bad it's not unavoidable because people with invincible won't be effected.
