Maybe the orange costume guy with a screen is Arnim Zola? Reminds me of the scene in Thunderbolts.

Eh, doesn't seem like it to me...I feel like there would have been something about Zola's head being a box, or a chest-face in the write-up.

I sadly haven't gotten much useful yet. All I've gotten is that Rokk is Town.

Or part of the Marvel Adventures Avengers (Hulk, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man, Captain America, Giant-Girl(Wasp), and Storm). Or just a collection of superheroes whose paths often cross the Hulk's.

And, of course, now that I've outed myself here, I'm sure I'm gonna be a target.
