Nothing on the face of this planet is better tahn this 300pt BatB/BN Floor Team:
BB Batman and Green Arrow
AA Robin
AA Gotham City Detective
For a 'Detective' theme team.
Seriously, I want to hear what could possibly be better for this scenario.
Played against the exact team a few weeks ago with this one:
Batman/Catwoman
AA Robin
BatB Robin
Holiday Killer
Joe Chill
on the prison map. Bat/Cats made short work of Bat/Arrow.
Tying up 2/3 of your team into one character, especially a duo, is IMO a bad idea. I'm kinda uneasy even considering Bat/Cats, due to being 1/2 of my team build.
No you are right at one point it had the stealth wording listed instead of the use of stealth, which is why they didn't qualify for feats with stealth as a prerequisite.

Without putting much effort in:
A mystics/wildcard team, especially nightshade.
Talia
A team of poisoners.
Metallo
The graveyard map, just about singlehandedly beats your team.
Man oh man...
I have spent way to much time trying to figure out what to play. I have made no progress
Honestly, there isn't a right answer in this set. There is no unbeatable team. Playtesting has shown me this. A Shazam! team dominates some teams, and goes down hard and fast to others. Talia is really good overall mostly because of her outwit that sees through stealth/mastermind, but she's also not unbeatable either. Kid Zoom protects against Hypersonic, but is VERY weak against anything else.
Basically, find something that reflects your playstyle, whether that is in your face beatdowns, or subtle trickery, and go with it. You win, you win, you lose you lose. If you want to take the pressure off, play in the sealed on Friday and either go 4-0 and automatically qualify OR go 3-1 and make it so you can still qualify for Sunday with a loss. I'd venture to guess if you go 6-2 over two days, you'll have a fair to middling shot at making that Top 16.
Especially since a lot of players are playing in the Web of Spider-Man event on Friday in lieu of the Sealed event qualifier. Since only 4 people max can go 4-0 in either event (Less if they don't get their maximum attendance) that leaves 8 spots for other people. 1 goes to the previous champ, so 7 people who didn't go 4-0 either day will be seated. So play to your own personal strength, and don't fret it if you lose 1 game either day.
Personally, aggressive is the way to go because if you don't go 4-0, the tie-breaks will be based on victory points, so if you go 3-1, you will want a high VP total to go with it.
So I'm down to 2 options for myself, an Amazon team that really goes to town on people win or lose, and a trickier Gizmo team. Either way it will be fun, and if I lose, then so be it!

I am really hoping to qualify in sealed lol because BatB has to many built in counters ro itself.
I to like amazons, and I am kicking around some non themed ideas. I like Shazam but the KZ/outwit/mystics problem steers me away.
If he had a higher attack starting out I would be grand... or a way to make him a decent theme team with healing and a perplexer...
I went 6 and 2 and made finals in 08. So that should be the record to go for. I wont lie... the last two rounds are what got me each day. They also happened to be at the top table against the same guy each day. That was bad.
I really dont want to play floor
4 x WKO Champ Two Top 8 finishes at Nationals One Top 8 finish at Worlds 2018 WV ROC CHAMP
Since were all gonna be there we can do some play testing. Maybe in the hotel lobby or somethin.
Cus Ive had to change my team since the whole ZOOM ruling killed my TAlia Killer.
Dr. Strange 149
Diana Prince 32
Amazon 50
Jason Blood 44
That leaves me 25 points to work worth.
Maybe a White Pawn and an Object? Or the Black Pawn?
I should have range, support, Perplex, mystics, anti charge, two AEs that can come in and help out if needed and one that is more situational if I decide to... I think if I get the right map I can stop charge and HSS in its tracks. I see big bricks and massive range attackers as being my biggest offensive threat... any ideas?

Drop the Amazon for Robin at 43 points. That solves your range issue and gives you a very competent close combat piece. With the 7 points you free up, toss on a Checkmate Knight (White) for some enhancement for the good Dr.
